İstanbul Kartal ilçesinde hava kirliliği kaynaklarının belirlenmesi için pilot çalışmalar

Abstract

ÖZET Bu tezde sanayi kuruluşlarının yoğun olduğu istanbul'un Anadolu yakasındaki Kartal İlçesi'inde hava kirliliği kaynak- lar-Tpn belirlenmesi için pilot çalı şmalar yapı İdi. Kartal'ın bütününü temsil etme özelliği olan beş pilot bölge seçildi. Yeşilbağlar Mahallesi(I. bölge), Yakacık Yeni Mahalle ve Çarşı Mahalleleri (II. bölge),Çavuşoğlu Lıahallesi- (111. bölge) »Gülsuyu Mahallesi(lV. bölge), Petrol iş mahallesi ve Yukarı 1'Ie.halle (V. bölge), mahalleleri pilot bölgelerimiz oldu..bu bölgelerin seçiminde ; Kartal1 in coğrafi ve yerleşim se.tiJ.leri de göz önUne alı narak,mahllenin alçak seviyede olması (I.bölge), yüksek seviyede olması (H. bölge), sanayi bölgesi ile yerleşim birimlerinin iç içe olması (I ı±, bölge), gecekonduların yojun olduğu bir bölge(IV. bölge), kaloriferli binaların yoğun olduğu bir bölge(V, bölge), gibi özellikler arandı. Jiu mahallelere 37.sorudan oluşan yakıt kullanım anketi uygu İanen.Daha sonra binaların damlarına çıkılarak Iv.Sl 2000 P marka cihazla C0o,C0,W0, üOp için baca gazı analizleri yapı 1- dı.Bu çalışmalar değerlendirilerek Kartal için genellendi. Ayraca ilçedeki oaz-1 fabrikalarda da baca gazı analizleri yap-1 İdi. Bu çalışmalarımız sı rası nda Kartal Belediyesi zabıta memurları yardımcı oldu.

SUMARY - In this work pilot studies ;vere carried e.ut in Kartal township on the Anatolian side of Istanbul where there is a high concentration of industrial concerns in order to determine the sources or atmospheric pollution. Five pilot areas that were representative of all of Kartal township were selected. Yeşilbaglar i.Iahallesi (1st district), Yakacık Yeni I.Iahalle and Çarş3 Mahallesi (2nd district),Çavuşoğlu Mahallesi (3rd district),3'ulsuyu Mahallesi (4th district), Petrol İş and Yu.kar1 Lahalle (5th district) districts were our pilot areas. In selecting these districts: we took into account the following types of properties; the district is on tiie lower and seaside level of Xartal( 1. district), the district İ3 on a higher ievel(2. district), the industrial and residential areas were intormixed(3. district), the area has a high concentration of shanty houses(4. district), and the area has a hi^h concentration of buildings with internal heating(5. district) 0,7e applied the testing poll prepared by the Istanbul governorship to these districts. Later the siroko from the pipes were analyzed using a. r.'S-i- 200 ? instrument on the roofs of the buildings. In addition the smoke from the stacks of some of the factories were also analysed for COpfCOjKO^jSOo.The results are shown in graphic form and a general evaluation was made for the Kartal area. During these studies police officers from the Lunicipality of Kartal gave us assistance.
