Lif mukavemetinin iplik mukavemetine etkisi

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada pamuk ve viskon/pol iester ipliklerinde lif mukavemetinin iplik mukavemetine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarının pratik açıdan da bir değere sahip olması için, çalışma işletme koşullarında yapılmıştır. Birinci işletmede, viskon/pol iester liflerinin karı şımından Ne 28, ikinci işletmede ise, Ne £0 pamuk Rotor ipliği esas alınmıştır. İki işletmede de özellikleri farklı hammadde seçilerek bunlardan imal edilen iplikler denenmiş tir. ipliklerin mukavemet, elastikiyet düzgünsüzlük, numa ra ve büküm ölçümleri yapılmakla beraber mukavemet değerle ri esas alınarak, ipliği oluşturan elyafın mukavemeti ile arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen korelasyon katsayısı iki karakter arasında pozitif bir ilişki olduğunu göstermişt ir. II

ABSTRACT In this work the influence of the fibre strength is investigated on the cotton and viscon/polyester yarns. The work is carried out under actuel mill conditions so that the results could be useful in practice. The materiels tested were Ne 28 yarn spun from mixture of staple rayon and polyester fibres in the first mill and IMe £0 cotton yarn spun on O. E machinery in the second mill. Raw materials of ditfering characterist ies are selected for` the production of the yarns to be tested. Measurements were taken on the yarn stregth, elasticity, regularity, count and twist in general but the values of yarn strength is taken as the basis and their relationship is investigated to the constituent fibres. The correlation evefficients obtained proved that a positive relation existed between the two characteristics. Ill
