Gencine-i Adalet üzerine dilbilgisi incelemesi ve iktidar felsefesi bakımından söylem çözümlemesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Kâtibî tarafından 17. yüzyılın başlarında yazılmış telif eser niteliğindeki Gencine-i Adalet adlı el yazması üzerine gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tek nüshası Topkapı Sarayı Müzesi'nde Bağdat 348 envanter numarasıyla kayıtlı olan Gencine-i Adalet, Osmanlı Devleti padişahı I. Ahmed Han'a sunulmuş siyasetnâme türünde bir eserdir. Sayfada 21 satırdan oluşan 360 sayfalık mensur eser talik hatla yazılmıştır ve içerisinde Kâtibî'ye ait birkaç manzume de bulunmaktadır.Osmanlı Türkçesi döneminin başlarında yazılmış olmasına karşın Eski Anadolu Türkçesi dönemine ilişkin güçlü etkilerin bulunduğu Gencine-i Adalet; dönemin toplumsal yapısı, devlet algısı ve işleyişi, yaşamın her alanına yayılmış iktidar mücadeleleri bakımından zengin bir içeriğe sahiptir.Tez; Giriş, Birinci Bölüm İnceleme, Sonuç, İkinci Bölüm Metin, Üçüncü Bölüm Gencine-i Adalet Sözlükçesi bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır.Giriş bölümünde eser ve yazar tanıtılarak ilgili tarihsel bağlam belirtilmiştir. I. Bölüm'de iki alt başlık içerisinde eserin yazım özellikleri, ses bilgisi özellikleri ve biçim bilgisi özelliklerine dayalı dilbilgisi özellikleri belirtilmiş ve iktidar felsefesi bakımından söylem çözümlemesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise incelemeden elde edilen sonuçlar maddeler halinde sunulmuştur. II. Bölümde el yazması eser Türk çeviri yazısına aktarılmıştır. III. This study is about the manuscript entitled as Gencine-i Adalet. With a property of being a work of copyright this holograph is written by Kâtibî in the beginning of 17th century. Gencine-i Adalet is a work like siyasetnâme presented to Ottoman Empire ruler I. Ahmed Khan where its only copy is in the museum of Topkapı Palace with a Baghdad inventory number of 348. Its pages consist of 21 lines and this three-hundred-sixty page prose work is written with a talik style and there are Kâtibî?s a few poems in it.Although it is written in the beginning of Ottoman Turkish period, Gencine-i Adalet has a featureless effects related with Ancient Anatolia Turkish period and a rich content in terms of governmental perception and operation, power struggles spread into every field of life.Dissertation consists of introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The titles of three chapters are respectively analysis, text and glossary of Gencine-i Adalet.In the introduction part the work and its writer are presented and the related historical context is explained. In the first chapter under two subtitles the work?s features of linguistic attainments based on its features of spelling, phonetics and morphology are stated and the work?s discourse analysis is done in terms of political power. In the conclusion part the outcome acquired from this analysis is given in an articled way. In the second chapter the work of holograph is transfered into Turkish translation writing. Glossary comprising 2305 words which are passing in the work and whose meanings are seen necessary to explain is given in the third chapter.
