Envanter kontrol yöntemleri ve bir uygulama

Abstract

Günümüzde başarıyı yakalayan işletmeler için önemli konuların başında kârınsürekliliği gelmektedir. Bu firmalarda maliyetlerin düşürülmesi ve aktif değerlerininyönetilmesi çok büyük önem taşır. Dolayısıyla envanterin yönetimi işletmelerinbaşarılarını etkileyen önemli konuların arasında yer almaktadır. Bu bağlamda işletmeleriçin büyük bir maliyet oluşturan stokların etkin ve verimli olarak kullanımı çokönemlidir.Diğer bir husus ise müşteri hizmet düzeyinin müşteriyi memnun edecek kadar iyiolmasıdır. Bunu yaparken de stok maliyetlerini kontrol altında tutmak gerekir. Bu ikiönemli hususun dengelenmesi ile, hem müşteri memnuniyeti, hem de firmanınyaşamına devam etmesi sağlanabilir. Bu noktada satın almanın önemi de ortayaçıkmaktadır. Özellikle üretim işletmelerinde satılan malların maliyeti içindeki en büyükpay satın alınan malzeme ve hizmetlere aittir. Bu çerçevede stratejik satın almaişletmelerin uzun dönem hedeflerini gerçekleştirmelerinde etkilidir.Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde envanter ve envanter yönetimi hakkında kısa bir bilgiverilmiştir. İkinci bölümde envanter ve stok kavramları, stok bulundurma nedenleri,stokların sınıflandırılması, stok maliyetleri ve stokların önemi üzerinde durulmuştur.Üçüncü bölümde envanter kontrol yöntemleri, dördüncü bölümde envanter kontrolmodelleri incelenmiştir. Son bölüm olan uygulama bölümünde ise bir hazır giyimfirmasının kumaş talepleri ve stokları incelenerek önem atfeden kalemler tespit edilerekbu kalemler için ekonomik sipariş miktarları ve yeniden sipariş noktaları bulunmuştur.Anahtar Kelimeler: Envanter yönetimi, Stok yönetimi, Envanter kontrol yöntemleri,Envanter kontrol modelleri, Ekonomik sipariş miktarı.

One of the most important issues for the continued success of any business is thecontinuity of profit. Lowering costs and the efficient management of the company`sassets are paramount factors in achieving this goal. In this respect Inventorymanagement becomes one of the major issues affecting the success of the business.Costs must be kept as low as possible whilst the highest levels of efficiency are strivedfor.A second critical issue is high levels of customer service; one must keep the customerhappy, whilst at the same time keeping inventory costs under control. Maintaining thesetwo factors will ensure the continuation of the business as a going concern. At this pointthe subject of acquisition becomes important. The largest costs for any company are thepurchase of the product and then the sale of that product. Strategic buying to keep costsunder control and maintain targets will maintain the continuity of the business.The first part of this study examines the details of inventory and inventory management.In the second part the concepts of inventory and stock, inventory causes, classificationof inventory and inventory costs are emphasised.In the third section methods of inventory control are examined and then in fourthsection inventory control models are detailed.Finally in the last section a practical example is presented; Textile Co Ltd. The synopsisincludes fabric orders and fabric stocks, company assets, accounts.
