dc.description.abstractİstanbul'da 5 ayrı Cami'nin halı, duvar, Kuran-ı Kerim'deki mikrofungus içerik ve sayılarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılan bu çalışmada seçtiğimiz 5 istasyondan Ocak 2015-Ekim 2015 tarihleri arasında örnekleme yapılmıştır. Örnekler seçilen istasyonlardan besiyeri barındırmayan steril eküvyonlarla alınmıştır ve laboratuvara getirilmiştir. 10 ay boyunca yapılan örneklemelerde toplam 1029 mikrofungus kolonisi saptanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda 10 cinse ait toplam 19 tür izole edilmiştir. Elde edilen cinsler sırasıyla; Aspergillus, Penicillium, Cladosporium, Alternaria, Chaetomium, Trichoderma, Rhizopus, Mucor, Scopulariopsis ve Eurotium olmuştur. Çalışmada en çok izole edilen türler ise sırasıyla, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus flavus, Penicillium palitans, Penicillium citreonigrum, Aspergillus niger, Penicillium solitum, Aspergillus parasiticus, Alternaria alternata, Cladosporium cladosporioides, Cladosporium sphaerospermum, Penicillium citrinum, Chaetomium globosum, Trichoderma longibrachiatum, Aspergillus sydowii, Emericella nidulans, Rhizopus stolonifer, Mucor sp., Eurotium herbariorum ve Scopulariopsis brevicaulis olmuştur.
In this study that was conducted to determine the content and amount of microfungus caused by carpets, walls and Qurans in 5 separate mosques in Istanbul, sampling was carried out in 5 stations that were chosen by us between January 2015 and October 2015. The samples were collected from the selected stations by sterile swabs without transport media and were sent to laboratory. 1029 microfungus colonies were detected in the sampling that was conducted during 10 months. A total of 19 species belonging to 10 genera were isolated as a result of this study. The genera identified are as follows: Aspergillus, Penicillium, Cladosporium, Alternaria, Chaetomium, Trichoderma, Rhizopus, Mucor, Scopulariopsis and Eurotium respectively. The most isolated species during this study are Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus flavus, Penicillium palitans, Penicillium citreonigrum, Aspergillus niger, Penicillium solitum, Aspergillus parasiticus, Alternaria alternata, Cladosporium cladosporiodies, Cladosporium sphaerospermum, Penicillium citrinum, Chaetomium globosum, Trichoderma longibrachiatum, Aspergillus sydowii, Emericella nidulans, Rhizopus stolonifer, Mucor sp., Eurotium herbariorum and Scopulariopsis brevicaulis respectively.en_US
