Çalışma boyunca toplamda en fazla izole edilen türler sırasıyla; Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus flavus, Cladosporium sphaerospermum, Aspergillus parasiticus, Penicillium citreonigrum, Cladosporium cladosporioides, Chaetomium globosum, Penicillium solitum, Penicillium palitans, Aspergillus niger, Penicillium citrinum, Trichoderma longibrachiatum, Aspergillus sydowii, Alternaria alternata, Alternaria citri, Penicillium chrysogenum, Emericella nidulans, Ulocladium alternariae, Eurotium herbariorum, Scopulariopsis brevicaulis, Rhizopus stolonifer ve Mucor sp. olmuştur.
In this study that was conducted to determine the content and amount of microfungus caused by carpets, walls and prayer beads in 5 separate mosques in Istanbul, sampling was carried out in 5 stations that were chosen by us between January 2015 and October 2015. In this study, swabs without transport media, which are sterile and which can preserve their sterility for a long period of time, which are easy to carry, which can be sampled easily and which do not carry any medium were used and the samples drawn were sent to laboratory and reviews were conducted. 1213 colonies were detected in the sampling that was conducted during 10 months. A total of 22 species belonging to 11 genera were isolated as a result of this study. The genera identified are as follows: Aspergillus, Penicillium, Cladosporium, Chaetomium, Alternaria, Trichoderma, Ulocladium, Eurotium, Scopulariopsis, Rhizopus and Mucor respectively. The most isolated species during this study are Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus flavus, Cladosporium sphaerospermum, Aspergillus parasiticus, Penicillium citreonigrum, Cladosporium cladosporioides, Chaetomium globosum, Penicillium solitum, Penicillium palitans, Aspergillus niger, Penicillium citrinum, Trichoderma longibrachiatum, Aspergillus sydowii, Alternaria alternata, Alternaria citri, Penicillium chrysogenum, Emericella nidulans, Ulocladium alternariae, Eurotium herbariorum, Scopulariopsis brevicaulis, Rhizopus stolonifer and Mucor sp. respectively.en_US
