Dökme demirlere uygulanabilen renkli majolik emaye fritlerinin geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Majolik emaye fritleri yıllardır kullanılan fritler olmasına rağmen kullanım alanı soba ön kapakları olmuştur. Yıllar sonra döküm tencerelerin dış kısımlarının kaplanmasında kullanılmaya başlamasıyla mevcut majolik fritlerin bulaşık makinesinde yıkama testini karşılamadığı görülmüştür. Renk ve parlaklık yönünden kaplandığı gereçlere canlılık kazandıran majolik emaye fritlerinde bu tür bir geliştirme ihtiyacı doğmuştur.Bu çalışmada, döküm üzerine kaplanabilen majolik emayelerin bulaşık makinesinde yıkama dayanımının geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.Mevcut kullanımda olan majolik emaye fritleri incelenmiş, uygulaması, testleri ve analizi yapılarak reçete üzerinde deneysel çalışmalarla test performansları incelenmiştir. Optimum fayda sağlayan kahverengi majolik frit reçetesinin ana iskeleti korunarak gri ve kırmızı majolik frit reçeteleri de formülüze edilmiştir. Belirlenen reçetelere göre hazırlanan frit hammaddeleri kullanılarak ergitmesi yapılan majolik fritlerin uygulaması yapılarak üzerinde testleri yapılmış ve sonuçları raporlanmıştır. Mevcut majolik emayelerin 10 yıkama sonrasında renk farklılığı (ΔE) 7,61 iken geliştirilen yeni majolik fritlerde bu değer 120 yıkama sonunda 1' in altına indirilmiştir. Aynı şekilde mevcut fritlerdeki parlaklık değeri 10 yıkama sonrası % 26 düşerken yeni geliştirilen fritlerde 120 yıkama sonrası en fazla % 5 düşmüştür. Bu sonuçlara göre majolik emaye fritlerinde bulaşık makinası test performansının arttırıldığı gözlenmiştir.

Although majolic enamel frits have been used for many years, it has been used as stove front covers. Years later, when the cast iron pots began to be used for coating the outer parts, it was found that the present majolica frit did not meet the dishwasher washing test. This kind of development has arisen in the majolica enamel frit, which gives vitality to the materials covered by color and brightness.In this study, it is aimed to develop the washing resistance in the dishwasher.Majolica enamel frits which are in use, were examined, their application, tests and analysis were done and experimental performances were done on the prescription and the test performances were examined. The main skeleton of the brown majolic frit prescription, which provides optimal benefit, was preserved, and gray and red majolic frit recipes were formulated. Using the frit raw materials, which were prepared according to the prescribed recipes, the application of the majolica frits was performed and the results were reported. While the color difference (ΔE) of the existing majolica enamel after 10 washes was 7,61, this value was reduced to less than 1 at the end of 120 washes in the new majolica frit developed. Likewise, the brightness value of the existing frit decreased to 26% after 10 washes, to the maximum of 5% after 120 washes in the new developed frit. According to these results, it was observed that the performance of the dishwasher test was increased in majolica enamel frits.
