Türkiye`deki Suriyeli mültecilerin entegrasyon sorunları: Türkçe eğitimi

Abstract

Siyaset, din, eğitim, ekonomi ve kültür gibi sosyal kurumlarda modernleşme ve küreselleşme gibi süreçlerin neden olduğu geniş kapsamlı değişimler ve bunların neticesinde ortaya çıkan sorunların analizi genelde sosyal bilimler ve sosyoloji, özelde ise din sosyolojisinde yeni yorum arayışlarını zorunlu kılmaktadır.Müslüman nüfusun yoğun olarak bulunduğu ve elli yılı aşkın bir göç sürecini deneyimleyen Türkiye, gerek Ortadoğu'daki sosyo-politik etki gücü gerekse görece tamamlanmış sivil toplum yapılanması ve uyguladığı göçmen politikalarıyla sosyolojik ilgiyi toplamaya devam etmektedir. Türkiye, söz konusu politikayı Suriyeli mülteciler için de sürdürmektedir. Suriye'deki savaşın ve insani krizin sekizinci yılında Türkiye'de barınan Suriyeli mülteci sayısı 3 milyonu aşmıştır. Söz konusu bu rakam Suriyeli mültecileri topraklarında barındıran ülkelerle kıyaslandığında Türkiye ilk sırayı almaktadır. Tarih boyunca birçok millete kapılarını açan Türkiye, Ortadoğuda çıkan savaşlar sonucu son yılların en kalabalık göçüne ev sahipliği yapmaktadır. Sığınmacı olarak Türk topraklarına gelen Suriyelilere yönelik birçok kurs açılmış onların uyum sürecinde karşılaşacakları sorunlar minimuma indirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Hiç şüphesiz entegrasyon süreci ne Suriyeli sığınmacılar için ne de Türkiye için kolay olmayacaktır. Bunu göze alarak ilk önce Türkçe öğretimine önem verilmiş ve uyum süreci için ilk adımlar atılmıştır. Entegrasyon çalışmalarının başarısıyla Suriyeli sığınmacılar yaşam şartlarını daha da yükseltmiştir.Bu çalışma Suriyeli mültecilerin Türkiye'de sosyal, kültürel, ekonomik ve güvenlik boyutlarını sayısal veriler ölçeğinde inceleyen bir alan araştırmasıdır. Güncel veriler baz alınarak hazırlanan bu tez Türkiye'de hali hazırda hala çözülememiş Suriyeli sığınmacılar konusu ile ilgili sorunlara farklı bir bakış açısı kazandırmayı hedeflemektedir. Suriyeli sığınmacılara sunulan imkânlar ve bu imkânlar içerisinde eğitime verilen önem gözler önüne serilmek istenmiştir. Bu amaca ulaşmak için hazırlamış olduğumuz anket, mülakat ve güncel veriler kullanılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Entegrasyon, Suriyeli Sığınmacılar, Yabancılara Türkçe Öğretimi.

Politics, religion, education, economy and culture and social institutions such as extensive changes and modernization in the globalization process as a result of the analysis of the problems that arise as a result of this social sciences in general and sociology in particular, in the sociology of religion necessitates the search for new comments.Turkey, which has experienced more than fifty years of migration with a large Muslim population, continues to attract sociological attention with its socio-political influence in the Middle East as well as its relatively completed civil society structure and its migrant policies. Turkey also maintains the policy for Syrian refugees. In the eighth year of the war and humanitarian crisis in Syria, the number of Syrian refugees sheltering in Turkey has exceeded 3 million. Compared to the countries that host Syrian refugees, Turkey ranks first. Turkey, which has opened its doors to many nations throughout history, is home to the most populous migration of recent years as a result of wars in the Middle East.Many courses have been opened for Syrians who have come to Turkish territory as asylum seekers, trying to minimize the problems they will face in their adaptation process. There is no doubt that the integration process will not be easy neither for Syrian asylum seekers nor for Turkey. Taking this into consideration, the first importance was given to teaching Turkish and the first steps were taken for the adaptation process. With the success of integration efforts, Syrian asylum seekers have increased their living conditions further.This study is a field study that examines the social, cultural, economic and security dimensions of Syrian refugees in Turkey on a numerical data scale. This thesis, based on current data, aims to give a different perspective on the problems related to Syrian asylum seekers in Turkey, which have not yet been solved. The opportunities offered to Syrian asylum seekers and the importance given to education within these facilities were sought to be demonstrated. In order to achieve this goal, the survey, interview and current data were used.Key Words: Integration, Syrian Asylum Seekers, Turkish Teaching To Foreigners.
