Yeni Türkiye belgesel sinemasında kent ve kentsel mücadelelerin temsili

Abstract

Yeni Türkiye belgesel sinemasında kent ve kentsel mücadelelerin temsili adlı çalışmamızın amacı, kentsel dönüşüm belgesel film örneklerinden hareketle yeni Türkiye belgesellerinde kentin, yeniden üretim sürecinde kentsel toplumsal hareketler bağlamında kent mekânı ve insan arasındaki ilişkinin nasıl yeniden üretildiği ve bu yeniden inşa sürecinde karşılaşılan itirazlar, mücadeleler ve direnme biçimlerinin neler olduğu ortaya konulacaktır. Kent mekânında, kentsel dönüşüm ve nezihleştirmeler adı altında meydana gelen tarihi, kültürel ve toplumsal yerinden edilmelere karşı mahallelerde başlayan kolektif mücadelelerin farklı söylem ve farklı tarzlarda belgesel film yapan yönetmenler tarafından nasıl işlendiği ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmamızda, kentsel dönüşüm belgesellerinde kentin yeniden üretilmesi sürecinde ne tür direnme biçimleri ve itirazlarla karşılaşılmaktadır, bu belgesellerde gördüğümüz kentin yeniden inşası ile ortaya çıkan nezihleştirme biçimleri nelerdir, belgesel filmlerindeki nezihleştirme ve nezihleştirmeye karşı direnme biçimlerinin, kent ve insan ilişkisinin yeniden üretimine katkısı nedir, kentsel dönüşüm projeleri ve nezihleştirmeler sonucunda kent mekânı kendisini nasıl üretir ve nasıl dönüştürür, kentsel hareketler çerçevesinde, kent mekânının dönüşümüne itirazlar ve direnme biçimleri nelerdir, direnme ve iktidar kent mekânında kendini nasıl var eder, belgesel sinemada, kent bağlamında, direnme ve iktidar ilişkisi kendini nasıl ortaya koyar ve kent ve insan ilişkisinin dönüşümü nasıl gerçekleşir?gibi soruların cevabı aranmıştır.

The aim of the study called the city in new documentary cinema in Turkey and representation of urban struggles is to show how to reproduce the relationship between urban space and human in the context of urban social movements in the process of reproduction and objections, struggles and forms of resistance in this reconstruction process with the movement of urban transformation documentary film examples. In the urban space, how the collective struggles in the neighborhoods against historical, cultural and social displacements that occur under the name of urban transformation and modernization were handled by the directors who make different discourses and documentaries in different styles is investigated.In this study, what kind of resistance and objections are encountered in the process of urban regeneration in urban transformation documentaries, what are the forms of modernization that emerged with the reconstruction of the city we see in these documentaries, What are the contribution of the modernization and the ways of resistance to modernization to the reproduction of the relationship between city and people, how urban space produces and transforms itself as a result of urban transformation projects and modernization, what are the objections to the transformation of urban space and the ways of resisting within the framework of urban movements, how resistance and power exist in urban space, in documentary cinema, how the relationship between resistance and power manifests itself in the context of the city and how the transformation of the relationship between city and human takes place? The answers to such questions are addressed.
