dc.description.abstract | Bu qahgrna; saglik ocaklannda qalr~an ebe ve hemgirelerin toplurn ruhsaghgma yiinelik verdikleri koruyucu hizrnetleri ve kadinlarda s ~ gko riilen ruhsalbozukluklarl tanma diizeylerini degerlendirmek arnaclyla tanimlayrc~ olarakyaprlmqtlr. Calr~ma0 1.12.2005 - 31.05.2006 tarihleri araslnda sagllk ocaklanndaqal19an 182 ebe ve 58 hemyireye anket uygulanarak gerqekleytirilmigtir. Verilerinani~lizi SPSS v.11.5 for Windows ve MINITAB Release v.13.0 paket programlankullanllarak y nprlrnrytrr. Verilerin degerlendirilmesinde yiizdelik dagihm, ki-kareve iki ornn kargilagtlrma testi kullandmrgtlr.Ebelerin %31.3'ii 35-39 ya? arawnda, hemgirelerin %34.5'i 40 yay veiizerindedir. Ebelerin %64.3'ii, hemqirelerin %46.6'sr 10-19 ylldrrebeliklhern~irelik yapmaktadrr. Ebelerin %44'ii, hemqirelerin %8lYi hastanedeqal~~mrytiEr.b elerin Oh63.2'sinin ve hemqirelerin %77.5'inin en son bitirdigi okulB rllisil ns-lisnnstir. EbeIerin %9.3'niin ve hem~irelerin %5.2'sinin koruyucu ruhsaghgina yonelik hkmet i ~eigi tim almrstlr.Ebelerin %63,2'si ve hemqirelerin %72.4'ii koruyucu ruh saghgma yonelikgorevleri oldugunu diigiinmektedir. Ebelerin %35.7'si ve herngirelerin %22.4'iiqah~tiklarl saglrk ocagr bolgesinde ruhsal bozukluk aqumdan risk gruplanaraslnda ilk srrada kadmlarm oldugunu belirtrnektedir.Ebe vc hem~ireler en fazla okul oncesi qocuklara (%29.6), yeti~kinlere('X~251) .e adiilusanlara (Oh201 koruyucu ruh sagligi egitimi vermektedir. Okul: qagrqocuklann (Oh 11.2) ve ya~lrlarm (Oh12.9) koruyucu ruh sagligrna yonelik en azegitim verilen grup oldugu saptanmytrr. dc.description.abstract | This study was carried out to evaluate midwifes, and nurses who areworking in the primary care setting of preventive functions toward communitymental health, and recognizing levels of meeting mental disorders which are oftenencountered in women. The study was conducted between 01.12.2005 - 31.05.2006and 182 rnidw7ifes, and 58 nurses who are working in the primary care setting hadbccrl titlicn a poll. SPSS v.11.5 for Windows and MINITAB Release v.13.0 packageprogrammes was used for analysis of data. Percentage, chi-square and twoproportion comparison tests were used for evaluation of data.31.3% of midwifes are between 35-39 years-old, 34.5% of nurses are over 40years-old. 64.3% of midwifes, 46.6% of nurses have been working asmidwifelnurse for 10-19 years. 44% of midwifes, 81% of nurses had worked inhospitals. 63.2% of midwifes and 77.5% of nurses studied in 2 yearly pre-license orIiccnsu gri~duuted. 9.3'% of midwifes and 5.2% of nurses had taken in-sewicetraining for preventive of mental health had.63.2% of midwifes and 72.4% of nurses are thinking that they have duty atpreventive of mental health. 35.7% of midwifes and 22.4% of nurses aredetermining that women are between high risk groups for mental disorders in firstline in the primary care setting where nurses and midwifes worked in.hlidwifes and nurses mostly give preventive mental health education tochildren who preparing for school (29.6%), adults (25%), and adolescent (20%), ithad been determined that preschool age children (11.2%) and olds (12,9%) aregroups which are given education least toward preventive mental health. When welook at levels of recognize the mental disorders which are mostly encountered inwomen, midwifes and nurses can mostIy know the dementia (63.7%), thepostpartum-depression (61.2%) and the depression (51.6%), and obsessivect~~rr~~ulsdiivseo rder symptoms (44.5%), but they had been forced to knowhypocondriasis (52.6%) and panic attack symptoms (45.0%).
