dc.description.abstractAmino metoksi fenol bileşiği farklı aldehitlerle reaksiyona sokularak çeşitli schiff bazlar elde edildi. Sentezlenen bu schiff bazlar başlangıç maddesi olarak kullanılıp iyodobenzendiasetat (IBD) ile halka kapanma reaksiyonu gerçekleştirilerek çeşitli benzoksazol türevleri sentezlendi.2-amino-4-metoksifenol bileşiği, 2-hidroksi-4-metoksi benzaldehit, 5-bromo-2-hidroksi benzaldehit, 3,5 dikloro salisil aldehit, 3-bromo-5- kloro salisil aldehit, 3-metil salisil aldehit, 5-bromo-3-metoksi salisil aldehit, 5-floro-2-hidroksi benzaldehit ve salisil aldehit ile reaksiyona sokularak 8 adet yeni schiff bazı sentezlendi. Sentezlenen bu schiff bazları IBD ile reaksiyona sokularak 8 adet yeni benzoksazol bileşiği elde edildi.Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları FTIR, 1H-NMR, Elementel analiz ve MS yöntemleri ile karakterize edildi.
dc.description.abstractAmino methoxy phenol compound was reacted with different aldehydes to obtain various schiff bases. These synthesized schiff bases were used as starting material and various benzoxazole derivatives were synthesized by iodobenzene diacestate ring closure reaction.2-hydroxy-4-methoxy benzaldehyde, 5-bromo-2-hydroxy benzaldehyde, 3,5-dichloro-salicyl aldehyde, 3-bromo-5-chloro-salicyl aldehyde, 3-methyl salicyl aldehyde, 5-bromo-3-methoxy salicyl aldehyde , 5-fluoro-2-hydroxy benzaldehyde and salicyl aldehyde were reacted with 2-amino-4-methoxyphenol compound to synthesize 8 new schiff bases. these synthesized schiff bases were reacted with IBD and 8 new benzoxazole compounds were synthesized. Structures of the synthesized compounds are characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR, Elementel Analysis, and MS.en_US
