dc.description.abstracta ABSTRACT The aim of our study is to evaluate the solution methods of an eigen value and eigen vector problem. In the first part,the main theme of the problem,finding the eigen values and eigen vectors of the matrix, will be explained. In the second part,the difficulties lived while resolving the problem will be expressed. In the third part,the characteristics of the polinom will be told. In the fourth part,Gerchgorin Circles will be favoured in order to determine the approximate area where the eigen values are situated. Consequently,in the fifth and sixth parts,restructuring an Hessenberg Matrix from any matrix which simplifies finding the eigen values and eigen vectors in a way. and only Misses Iteration Method will be cited withing the iteration method.en_US
