Mersin`de nüfus hareketleri

Abstract

109 ÖZET Bu çalışmanın amacı ülkemizdeki nüfus harekteliliğini ortaya koymak açısından iyi bir örnek olabilecek Mersin'i ele alıp değerlendirmektir. Nüfusun hem sayısal özellikleri hemde sosyal ve ekonomik özelikleri değerlendirilmiştir. Öncelikle nüfusun zaman içerisindeki değişimi ele alınmış ve Cumhuriyet' den öncesi ve soması olarak incelenmiştir. Cumhuriyet' den önceki nüfusun özellikleri değerlendirildikten sonra Cumhuriyet' den sonraki nüfusun sayım dönemleri arasındaki gelişimi değerlendirilerek artış oranlan hesaplanmıştır. Bu aşamadan sonra nüfus hareketliliğini oluşturan etmenler olan doğumlar, ölümler ve göçler konulan ele alınmıştır. Bu bölümde sahamızdaki nüfusun artışında en çok etkisi olan göçler konusu ön plana çıkmıştır. Öncelikle gelen nüfusun miktan ve geldikleri bölge ve iller tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sahamızın nüfus çekme özelliğine sahip olmasını sağlıyan etmenler ortaya konulmuştur. Arkasından araştırma sahamızdaki nüfusun bu saha üzerine dağılışı yani nüfus yoğunluğu değerlendirilmiştir. Bu kısımda matematiksel, fizyolojik ve tarımsal nüfus yoğunluklan ortaya konulmuştur. Bu aşamalaradan sonra Mersin'in sahip olduğu nüfusun sosyal ve ekonomik özellikleri ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır, öncelikle nüfusun eğitim durumu ele alınmış ve araştırma sahamızın bu konudaki özelkleri tesbit edilmiştir. Daha sonra yine nüfusun önemli bir özelliği olan yaş ve cinsiyet yapısı değerlendirilmiştir. Bu aşamalardan sonra ise araştırma sahamızın ekonomik yapısmı ortaya koyabilmek amacıyla sahadaki çalışma çağı nüfusun sektörlere dağılımı incelenmiştir. Burada nüfusun daha çok hangi işkollannda çalıştığı tespit edilmiş aynca işsiz olan nüfusun yapısı değerlendirilmiştir.

110 SUMMARY The purpose of this study in respect of putting out the activity of population in our country is to take Mersin as it is a good example of population activity up and appreciated it. Both numeric peculiarity and social and economic peculiarity of population were appreciated. Firstly the changing of population in time were taken up and it was examined into two parts as before Republic and after Republic. After that the ratios of increasing of population were calculated by appreciating the developnent betwen the terms of population census after Republic. After this stage the factors such as births, deaths and migrations which constitute v the population activity were taken up. İn this part the migration subject which is the most effect to the population increasing in our field was tressed on. Firstly the amount of migration population, the place of their coming and cities were determined the factors which draw the migration were studied on in this study. After that the dispersing of population on this field were appreciated. İn this study the density of population as mathemettical, physiological and apricultural were put out After this phase the social and economic peculiarities of Mersin's population were put out. Firstly the condition of education of population were taken up and the peculiarities of our research field in this subject were determine! After that the construct of age and sex, which are the important property of population, were appreciated. Aftere these stqges, in order to put out the economic structure of our research, the working age, dispersig to the sectors in the field were examined. İt was determined that in which parts the population worked and also the structure of unemployed population were appreciated.
