Tekstil sanayisinin Kahramanmaraş`ın sosyo-ekonomik ve kültürel yapısına etkisi

Abstract

Türkiye'de sanayi tesislerinin belirli bölgelerde toplanması ülkenin her tarafının eşit düzeyde gelişmesinin önündeki en büyük engeldir. Bu olumsuzluğu ortadan kaldırmak için devlet tarafından alternatif sanayi bölgeleri oluşturma hamleleri başlatılmıştır. Kahramanmaraş şehri de olumlu doğal ve beşeri şartlara sahip olduğu halde uzun yıllar bu zenginliğini sanayileşme alanında kullanamamıştır. Özellikle 1980'li yıllarda başlayan bölgesel kalkınma programları kapsamında Kahramanmaraş şehrinde tekstil alanında yoğun bir sanayileşme hamlesi görülmektedir. Sanayileşme ile beraber şehirde sosyo-ekonomik ve kültürel yapıda değişim ve gelişmeler meydana gelmiştir. Sanayileşme ile şehirleşme, dolayısıyla sosyo-ekonomik ve kültürel alanda nasıl bir etkileşimin olduğu, bu etkileşimin yönü ve düzeyi araştırılması gereken bir konudur. Özellikle sanayileşme sürecinde oluşan göçler sonucu, nüfus, sosyo-ekonomik yapı, şehirsel mekanın kullanımı gibi değişimlerin neden ve sonuçları incelenmeli, geleceğe dönük projeksiyonlar oluşturulmalıdır. Şehirde meydana gelen bu değişim sonucunda ortaya çıkan durum ve sorunlar bu çalışmanın konulardır. Bu çalışmada Kahramanmaraş şehri için önemli olan Tekstil sanayisi ve gelişimi incelenmiş, beraberinde meydana gelen değişim ve gelişmeler de irdelenmiştir.

It is the insuperable obstacle standing against the equivalent development in whole country that the industrial plants have been assembled in certain regions in Türkiye. In order to resolve this predicament, attempts for constructing alternative industrial areas have been launched. Kahramanmaraş, although it has favorable conditions in terms of human and nature, hasn?t succeeded in utilizing its resource for years. There have appeared many attempts of industrialization in Kahramanmaraş as a part of the regional development programs launched in 1980s. Accompanied by the industrialization, some changes and developments in the socio-economic and cultural structure of the city have ensued. Industrialization and urbanization, consequently what interaction there has been between socio-economical and cultural structure, and the aspects and level of this interaction are the issues which need to be studied. Results of the changes, namely in population, socio-economic structure and utilizing urban areas, which are the effects of the migration that was in the period of industrialization must be analyzed and future projects must be planned. The problems and the situation which is the result of this change are the subjects of this work. In this work, textile industry, which is vital for Kahramanmaraş, and its development have been studied, and the consequent changes and developments have been analysed.
