| dc.description.abstract | Chlorophyta sınıfına ait Scenedesmus quadricauda, kalsiyum aljinat içerisinetutuklandı. Remazol Brilliant Blue R ve Reactive Orange 16 boyalarının renkgiderimi için boş aljinat küreleri, tutuklanmış canlı ve ısı ile inaktive edilmiş alglerkullanıldı. Her iki boya için de en uygun boya konsantrasyonu 0.015 g /100 mlolarak tespit edildi. Her iki boyanın renk giderimi için pH'nın ve sıcaklığın etkisiçalışıldı. | dc.description.abstract | Scenedesmus quadricauda was immobilized in calcium alginate. The alginate beads,immobilized live and inactivated algae with heat were used for the decolorization ofRemazol Brilliant Blue R and Reactive Orange 16. The most suitable dyeconcentration was defined as 0.015-g/100 ml for both dyes. The effect of pH andheat was studied for the decolorization of both dyes.
