dc.description.abstractBu tezde Ferrosenin Furan türevlerinin sentezi Frediel-Crafts açilleme tepkimesi ile yapılmıştır. Beş adet Ferrosenoil Furan türevi sentezlenmiş ve yapıları spektroskopik yöntemler (1H NMR, 13C NMR ve FT-IR) ile karekterize edilmiştir. Bu bileşiklerin sentezinde katalizör olarak etilaluminyumklorür, (EtAlCl2) ilk defa denenmiştir. Sentezlenen ürünlere ait verimler incelendiğinde katalizörün iyi çalıştığı görülmüştür. Ferrosenoil Furan keton türevlerinin bazılarının kanser hücrelerine karşı sitotoksik, apoptotik ve nekrotik etkiye sahip olduğu in vitro testler ile belirlenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis the syntheses of ferrocenoyl furan derivatives through Frediel-Crafts acylation reaction have been performed. Five original ferrocenoyl furan derivatives have been synthesised and their structures have been characterised with spectroscopic methods (1H NMR, 13C NMR ve FT-IR). Ethylaluminyumchloride, (EtAlCl2), as catalyst has been employed for the first time during the syntheses of these compounds. When examining the yields of the synthesised products, catalyst was found to be work well. It has been determined by in vitro tests that some of the Ferrocenoyl furan kethone derivatives against cancer cells possesses apoptotic, necrotic and cytotoxic effects.en_US
