dc.description.abstract | Ferrosen bazlı bileşikler malzeme bilimi, asimetrik kataliz, elektroaktif malzemeler ve uzay malzemeleri gibi alanlarda, biyolojik çalışmalarda ve medisinal kimyada çok geniş uygulama alanlarına sahiptir. Bazı ferrosen türevlerinin mantar ve bakteriyel enfeksiyonlar, sıtma, HIV virüsü ve kanser gibi çeşitli hastalıklara karşı aktif oldukları bilinmektedir. Bu nedenle ferrosen içeren bileşiklerin sentezi aktif bir araştırma konusu olmakta ve çok çeşitli stratejiler geliştirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, ferrosenboronik asit ve çeşitli aril ya da heteroaril halejenürlerden bis(trifenilfosfin)palladyum(II) klorür katalizörlüğünde Suzuki çapraz kenetlenme tepkimesi ile aril ferrosenler ve heteroaril ferrosenler sentezlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler : Suzuki Çapraz Kenetlenme Tepkimesi, Ferrosenboronik Asit, Aril Ferrosen, Heteroaril Ferrosen. | |
dc.description.abstract | Ferrocene-based compounds possess very wide applications in areas such as materials science, asymmetric catalysis, electroactive materials, space materials, as well as biological studies and medicinal chemistry. Some of the ferrocenyl derivatives are known to be highly active against a variety of diseases such as fungal and bacterial infections, malaria, HIV virus and cancer. Therefore the synthesis of the ferrocene-containing compounds are to be an active subject of research, and a wide variety of strategies have been developed. In this study, aryl and heteroaryl ferrocenes were synthesized from ferroceneboronic acid and various aryl or heteroaryl halides via Suzuki cross coupling reaction using bis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(II) chloride catalyst.Keywords : Suzuki Cross ?
