K ve Ca bileşikleri için K-L boşluk geçiş ihtimaliyetlerinekimyasal etkilerin belirlenmesi

Abstract

K ve Ca bileşikleri için K tabakasından L tabakasına boşluk geçiş ihtimaliyetleri ve Auger elektronlarının yayınlama ihtimaliyetlerinin oranı ve K tabakası flüoresans verimi X-ışınları çizgi şiddetleri kullanılarak çalışıldı. Bu çalışmada K tabakası flüoresans verimleri ve deneysel şiddet oranları kullanıldı. Bulunan değerler K ve Ca elementlerinin teorik değerleriyle karşılaştırıldı. K ve Ca bileşikleri için literatürde herhangi bir çalışmaya rastlanmadığından dolayı sonuçlarla ilgili karşılaştırma yapılamadı. Yapılan çalışmada K ve Ca bileşikleri için Auger elektronlarının K-L boşluk geçiş ihtimaliyetlerinin kimyasal etkiye hassas olduğu görüldü. K ve Ca bileşikleri için Auger elektron emisyon ihtimaliyetleri oranı ve boşluk geçiş ihtimaliyetleri bu çalışmada ilk kez rapor edilmiştir.

Ratios of emission probabilities of Auger electrons and the vacancy transfer probabili-ties from K to L shell for K ve Ca compounds were studied using X-rays line intensities and the K shell fluorescence yields. We were used the experimental intensity ratios and K shell fluorescence yields .The obtained values were compared with the other theoretical values of K ve Ca elements.We could not make any comparison of the results of the K ve Ca compo-unds since there are no experimental and theoretical values for these compounds in the litera-ture. The Ratios of emission probabilities of Auger electrons and the vacancy transfer proba-bilities for K ve Ca compounds are being reported here for the first time .
