Dr.Mustafa TOMBUL , Temmuz 2016, 68 sayfaBu tezde sunulan araştırmada, 3-Bromotiyofenin aril/heteroaril gruplu türevlerinin paladyum katalizli çapraz kenetlenme reaksiyonları ile sentezlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma, 3-Bromotiyofenin muhtelif boronik asit türevleri ile reaksiyonları uygun çözücüler kullanarak gerçekleştirildi. Bu çalışmalar sonucunda dört adet yeni tiyofen türevi sentezlendi. Sentezlenen ürünlerin saflaştırılmaları kolon kromatografisi ile yapıldıktan sonra spektroskopik yöntemlerle (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR) yapıları aydınlatıldı. Analitik ve spektroskopik verilerden elde edilen sonuçlar bazında, diğer tiyofen türevlerinin de benzer şekilde sentezlenebileceği görüldü.Anahtar Kelimeler: Sentez, 3-Bromotiyofen / Boronik asit / Çapraz Kenetlenme Reaksiyonları / Suzuki Reaksiyonu.

Dr. Mustafa TOMBUL July 2016, 68 pageIn the research presented with this thesis, the derivatives of 3 -bromothiophene possessing aryl / heteroaryl groups with palladium catalysed cross coupling reactions are intended to be synthesized. Work, the reaction of 3-bromothiophene with various boronic acid derivatives employing appropriate solvents was carried out. As a results of these studies, four novel thiophene derivatives were synthesized. Purification of the product synthesized was performed by flash column chromatography and after which the structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods (1H-NMR, 13C-NMR). On the basis of the results obtained from analytical and spectroscopic data, other thiophene derivatives were also seen to be able to synthesize in a similar vein.Key words: Synthesis, 3-bromothiophene / boronic acid / Cross-Coupling Reactions / Suzuki Reaction.en_US
