oz Bu çalışmanın amacı, okuyucuya özel radyo istasyonlarının yayınlarının durdurulması ve özel radyoların bu olaya karşı yürüttükleri kampanyalar ve çalışmalar hakkında bilgi vermektir. Çalışma ayrıca 1961, 1982 anayasalarının ilgili maddelerini inceleyip 1982 anayasasının değişen 133. maddesinin analizi ve gelişen teknolojinin anayasa üzerindeki etkilerini inceler. iv

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to give the reader a broad vision on the governments decision of closing the private radios, and the reactions of the private radios against this decision. This study also analyses the related articles existing in the constitutions of 1961, 1982 and the change in the article as of July 8, 1993; analyses the merits and deficiencies of the recent change and comments on the effects of technological development over the constitutions. It contains an interview with an assistant general manager of a private radio station in order to give a better understanding of the event as a whole. Ill
