Son Arjantin ve Türkiye ekonomik krizleri, benzerlikler ve farklılıklar

Abstract

oz Hızla globalleşmeye devam eden dünya ekonomisinde aynı hızla artan ekonomik krizler, sadece krizin meydana geldiği ülkeyi değil, komşu ülkeleri ve hatta özellikle portföy yatırımları yoluyla farklı kıtalardaki ülkeleri de ciddi şekilde etkileyebilmektedir. Bir bölgede başlayan kriz gücünü kaybetmeden dünyanın başka bir köşesinde de aynı yıkıcı etkilere sahip olabilmektedir. Bu nedenle çalışma kapsamında dünya üzerinde son ciddi ekonomik kriz yaşayan iki ülke olan Arjantin ve Türkiye'den önce Arjantin ekonomisi çeşitli parametreler yoluyla derinlemesine ele alınmış, ardından her iki ülkenin yaşadığı krizler ayrıntılı olarak ayrı ayrı sunularak çalışmanın özünü oluşturan Arjantin ve Türkiye krizleri arasındaki benzerlikler ve farklılıklar karşılaştırmalı olarak anlatılarak, yapılanlar, yapılması gerekenler, alınması gereken önlemler, sebep-sonuç ilişkisi dahilinde ayrıntılarıyla tartışılmıştır. ABSTRACT In the world economy, in which globalization continues to increase, the economic crises increase at the same speed, seriously affect not only the the country, which the crisis occurs, but also the neighbouring countries, even the countries, which are in different continents due to the speedy transfer of capital through portfolio investments. The crisis which starts in a region of the world is able to produce the same destructive effect in a different part of the world without losing its strength. Thus Argentina and Turkey have been living in the latest serious economic crises in the world. In this study first of all, the Argentinian economy has been examined thoroughly according to different parameters, Then, the crises, which both countries are living in, is presented one by one in detail. Later, the similiarities and differences between the Argentinian and Turkish crises, which construct the main theme of this study, are explained comparatively. The events which were occurred, the precautions which have been taken and should have been taken are discussed in detail through cause and effect relationships. m
