Örtülü kazanç hakkında yapılan yeni düzenlemelerin açıklanması ve daha anlaşılır hale getirilmesi gerektiği düşünüldüğü için,Transfer Fiyatlandırması Yoluyla Örtülü Kazanç Dağıtımı konusu tez konusu olarak seçilmiştir. Bu tez çalışmasnda yapılan düzenleme anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. | |

Since it was thougt that explaning and enlightening the new arrangements on camouflage of earning was necessary, the topic Camouflage of Earning Distribution by the way of Transfer Pricing has been chosen.
