Türkiye`de sendika- siyasi parti ilişkisi ve TKP Atılım dönemi`nde DİSK-TKP örneği

Abstract

Sendikalar kuruldukları her ülkede siyasetle ve siyasi partilerle ilişkiler kurmuşlardır. Bu tezde de, Türkiye'de sendika-siyasi parti ilişkisi ve buna bir örnek olarak da TKP'nin, 1974'te başlayan Atılım Dönemi'nde DİSK ile kurduğu ilişkinin niteliği ve gelişimi incelenmiştir.Tezin birinci bölümünde, sendikaların siyasi faaliyetleri ve dünyadaki sendikal gelişimin tarihi ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise DİSK'in kuruluşuna kadar olan dönemde Türkiye'deki sendika-siyasi parti ilişkileri incelenmiştir. Üçüncü ve son bölümde hem DİSK'in kuruluş süreci hem de TKP'nin Atılım Dönemi'nin dinamikleri analiz edilmiş ve TKP'nin DİSK'te nasıl etkin hale geldiği araştırılmıştır. Bu yapılırken de daha çok dönemin TKP üyeleri ile sözlü tarih çalışması yapılması yoluna gidilmiştir. Çalışmada, TKP'nin daha çok fabrika örgütlenmeleri ile elde ettiği kitleselliği ideolojik olarak destekleyemediği şeklinde bir sonuca varılmıştır.

Trade Unions have established relations with politics and political parties in all of the countries where they emerged. In this thesis, it is examined the relationship between trade unions and political parties in Turkey and as an example of this it is examined the character and development of the relationship between DİSK and TKP in the ?Atılım Years of TKP? which was began in 1974.The first chapter focuses on political activities of the trade unions and the history of the development of trade unions all around the world. In second chapter, relations between trade unions and political parties in Turkey until the establishment of DİSK are examined. The third and last chapter analyses the process of the establishment of DİSK and dynamics of the ?Atılım Years of TKP? and how the TKP became effective in DİSK is researched. While making this research, mostly, it is followed the way of talking with the people who were the members of TKP in those periods. In conclusion, all of these analyses demonstrated that TKP was not able to support an ideological basis to the masses which were won mostly by the factory organizations.
