| dc.description.abstract | - 30 - ÖZET Bu çalışmada indapamid'in suni mide ve barsak, va- satlarındaki stabilitesi incelendi. Bunun için indapamid `önce alkali hidrolize tabi tutuldu ve hidroliz ürünleri olan 4-kloro-3-sülfonamidobenzoik asit ile 1 -amino -2 -me - tilindolin test maddesi olarak kullanılmak üzere elde edildi. Ayrıca indapamid miktar tayini için yeni bir yön tem geliştirildi. Suni mide vasatında yapılan stabilite çalışmala rında indapamid'in parçalanma ürünü ince tabaka kroma tog- rafisi yöntemi ve İR spektrumu yardımı ile teşhis edildi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | - 31 - S U M MARY The stability of indapamide v/aa investigated in simulated gastric and intestinal fluids with or without enzymes. Test compounds such as 4-chloro-3-sulfonamido- benzoic acid and l-amino-2-methylindoline were prepared by hydrolysis of indapamide at pH 9o A new method was proposed for stability test of indapamide. It was found that indapamide was not stable in simulated gastric fluid and its degradation product was detected by TLG and identified by IR spectroscopy. | en_US |
