dc.description.abstract | - 74 - ÖZET Bu çalışma da cerahat, plevra sıvısı, safra, v.b. muayene madelerinden izole edilen 206 Bacteroides susunun morfolojik ve biyokimyasal çeşitli özellikleri incelenerek tür tanısı yapılmıştır. Ayrıca muayene maddelerinden sık olarak izole edilen B.fragilis'in çabuk tanısı için fluoresan antikor yöntemi kullanılmıştır. 206 Bacteroides susundan 140' mm Bacteroides fragilis grubun dan, 66 'sının B. melaninogenicus-oralis grubundan bakteriler olduğu tesbit edilmiştir. Safraya dirençli olan B. fragilis grubundan suşların 97 'inin B. fragilis, 13 'ünün B.vulgatus, 12 'inin B.ovatus, 11 'inin B.thetaiotaomicron, üçünün B.distasonis olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu gruptan olan türü belirlenemeyen dört suş Bacteroides cinsinden bakteriler olarak bildirilmiştir. Safraya duyarlı B. melaninogenicus-oralis grubundan olan 66 sustan 29 unun B.melaninogenicus ss. melaninogenicus, 17 'inin B. melaninogenicus ss. intermedius, altısının B. asâccharolyticus, üçünün- 75 - B. levii, üçünün B. oralis, ikisinin B. ruminicola ss. brevis ve birinin B. ruminicola ss. ruminicola olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu grup tan türü belirlenemeyen beş suş Bacteroides cinsinden bakteriler olarak bildirilmiştir. İzole edilen suşlara en etkin kemoterapötiklerin rifampisin, tiamfenikol, kloramfenikol, nitrofurantoin, eritromisin, klindami- sin ve ornidazol olduğu belirlenmiştir. | |
dc.description.abstract | 76 - SUMMARY I this thesis various morphological and biochemical charac teristics of the 206 Bacteroides strains, which have been isolated from clinical materials such as pus, pleural fluid, gal etc. were investigated and their types were identified. Also for rapid identification of B.fragilis isolated from cilinical materials frequently, the fluorence antibody technique was used. It was found out that, of the 206 Bacteroides strains, 140 were of the Bacteroides fragilis group and 66 belonged to B. melaninogenicus oralis group. It was determined that, of the bile resistant B.fragilis group strains, 97 were found to be B.fragilis, 13 were B. vulgatus, 12 were B.ovatus, 11 were B.thetaiotaomicron, three were B distasonis. The four strains belongig to this group, the type of which could not be identified was reported as Bacteroides sp.- 77 - It was also proven, that of the 60 bile sensitive B. melaninogenicus oralis group strains, 29 were B.melaninogenicus ss. melaninogenicus, 17 were B. melaninogenicus ss. intermedius, six were B. asaccharolyticus, three were B. levii, two were B.ruminicola ss. brevis, and one was B. ruminicola ss. ruminicola. The five strains of this group that couldn't be identified were reported as Bactero- ides species. It was found out that the most effective chemotherapeutics for these isolated strains were rifampicin, erythromicin, tiamphe- nicole, chloramphenicol, nitrofurantoine, clindamycin and ornidazole. | en_US |
