dc.description.abstract1SF, lityum karbonat (LizCCb) bileşiğinin TR-2 Hükleer Reaktörü' nde nötron ışınlanması ile elde edildi. Kadyoki siyasal ve radyonüklidik saflaştırma yapıldı, Kloriir asidinde (HC1) çözülen lityum karbonat, alüminyum oksit (AlaOa) kolon üzerinden geçirildi. Alüminyum oksit üzerinde adsorplanan lcrF, kolonun saf su ile yi kanması y la lityum, trityum gibi safsızlıklardan temizlendi, oeyreltik (0,1-0,4 M) sodyum hidroksit (HaOH) ile kolondan sağıldı. 1SF içeren seyrelt ik 3aGH çözeltisi nötralieştirilerek zerk edilebilecek şekilde hazırlandı. Elde edilen,eF 'in kağıt kroraatcgrafiai ila radyokimyasai, gama spektrometresi ile radyonüklidik kontrol lan yapıldı.
dc.description.abstractÂBSTKACT 101 -'F, was produced by neutron activation of lithium carbonate (LisaCCb) at the TS-2 Reactor. Radiochemical and radionuclidic purification were carried out. Lithium carbonate was dissolved in hydrochloric acid and passed through an alumina column. ISF was adsorbed on the alumina washed by bidistilled water in order to eliminate the impurities such as lithium and tritium. 1SF was eluted from alumina column using diluted <0,l-0,4 1) sodium hydroxide. 1S,F solution was neutralized and prepared in an injectable form. Radionuclidic control by gamma spectrometry and radiochemical control by paper chromatography were performed. 18F-fluoride, having rapid localization property in bone, was injected into mice which were killed at 10,35 and 60 minutes. Biologic distribution was studied at different tissues. Radioanalytical and biodistribution results showed that ieF could be produced by neutron irradiation in a nuclear reactor in a suitable form and purity for use in nuclear medical diagnosis. -2-en_US
