dc.description.abstract19. yüzyıldan itibaren İstanbul'u ziyaret edecek seyyahlar için rehberler hazırlanmaya başlanmıştır. içerik bakımından diğerlerin daha kapsamlı olduğu kabul edilen İstanbul Rehber-i Seeyyahin adlı rehber kitap Ernest Mamboury tarafından 1925 yılında Fransızca olarak hazırlanmış ve gördüğü yoğun ilgi nedeniyle aynı yıl Osmanlıca olarak da basılmıştır.Çalışmanın amacı, eseri Latin harfli Türkçe harfleri ile tam metin transkripsiyonunun yapılması ve değerlendirmesinin yapılmasıdır.Anahtar Kelimeler: İstanbul, Rehber-i Seyyâhîn, Ernest Mamboury, seyyahlar, turist rehberi.
dc.description.abstractFrom the 19th century on, guide books have been started to be drafted for travelers' utilization. It was thought that the guide book `İstanbul Rehber-i Seyyahin prepared by Ernest Mamboury in 1925, had some outstanding features. The main purpose of the academic thesis is to translate the the book into Turkishm(Latin)and evaluate in terms of the content.Key words: Istanbul, Rehber-i Seyyâhîn, Ernest Mamboury, travelers, tourist guideen_US
