dc.description.abstract | - 49 - ÖZET İ.Ü. İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi Mikrobiyoloji Anabilim Dalı Bak teriyoloji Laboratuvarma gönderilen idrarlardan izole edilen Staphy lococcus cinsinden koagülaz negatif bakteri türlerinin belirlenmesinde 18 özellik incelenmiştir. Bu Özellikler; koloni çapı, alkali fosfa- taz, ar j inin kullanımı, nitrataz, üreaz, asetoin, hemoliz, pigment, novobiyosine direnç, aerop koşullarda maltoz, trehaloz, mannit, ksiloz, arabinoz, sakkaroz, mannoz, laktoz ve fruktozdan asit oluşumudur. İncelenen 60 susun 19 'u S.saprophyticus, 10' u S.epidermidis, 10'u S.simulans, dokuzu S.haemolyticus, altısı S.warneri, üçü S.cohnii, ikisi S.hominis, bir susta S. capitis olarak adlandırılmıştır. Suşlarm 37 si kadın, 23 ü erkek hastalardan izole edil miştir. Suşlarm 26 kemoterapötik maddeye dirençleri disk difüzyon yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. | |
dc.description.abstract | -50 - SUMMARY 18 properties were used to determine the species of coagulase negative taphylococcus strains isolated from urine sent to the Bacteriology Laboratory of Department of Microbiology, Istanbul Medical Faculty University of Istanbul. These properties are colony size, alkaline phosphatase, arginine dihydrolase, nit- ratase, urease, acetion production, hemolysin activity, colony pigment, novobiocin resistance, acid production from maltose, trehalose, mannitol, xylose, arabinose, sucrose, mannose, lactose and fructose aerobically. 19 of the strains investigated were identified as S. saprophy tics, 10 were S. epidermidis, 10 were S.simulans, nine were S.hae- molyticus, six were S.warneri, three were S.cohnii, two were S.homi- nis and one was S. capitis. Among the strains investigated, 37 were isolated from women, 23 from men. Their resistance to 26 antimicrobial agents were determined by disk diffusion method. | en_US |
