dc.description.abstract52 hyperplasia due to athypical hepatic cells was noted. Margin?' hyperchromasia of nuclei of liver cells. Proliferation of epithelium of bile duct formation pseudo bile duct and extensive hyperplasia of epithelium of bile duct and gall bladder was seen. Lesions mentioned above if some of them appear together will lead to the diagnosis of Aflatoxication.51 haemorhages were observed in the muscles of wings, breast and legs. Thicking of the walls jelatinous appearance of the gall bladder was found in the advanced cases of toxication. No histopathological lesion was observed in the control group (1. group). In the second group paranchymal degeneration of liver was noted and in the advance stages of toxication fatty degeneration was seen. Extensive degeneration and microfocal necrosis was observed under the capsula. Coagulative necrosis was seen around the central veins. There was marginal hyperchromasia nuclei of hepatic cells. Distrubances of sequences Remark cords due to reticular cells, histiocytes and fibroblasts were found. Proliferation of hepatic ducts and hyperplasia of epithelium of hepatic ducts and gall bladder was seen. Fatty degeneration starting in radial fashion from the central vein and decreasing in appearance towards midzonal area of liver was noted in the third group. Degeneration and microfocal necrosis was seen highly extensively under the capsula. Marginal hyperchromasia of the nuclei of the hepatic cells was also observed. Atypical hypertropy and hyperplasia was found in hepatic cells. Distrubances of the sequence of Remark cords due to fatty degenaration, active reticular cells, fibroblasts, histiocytes, nodular and ductular hyperplasia of ducts was observed. Atypical hypertropy and hyperplasia was found in hepatic cells. Distrubances of the sequence of Remark cords due to fatty degeneration, active reticular cells, fibroblasts, histiocytes, nodular and ductular hyperplasia of ducts was observed. Proliferation of bile ducts formation of pseudo bile ducts and extensive hyperplasia of epithelium of bile ducts and gall bladder was seen. In the forty group in histopathological studies fatty degeneration was observed and 10-15 cells having fatty degeneration forming fatty area were seen. A lot of athypical hepatic cells were observed. Ductular52 hyperplasia due to athypical hepatic cells was noted. Margin?' hyperchromasia of nuclei of liver cells. Proliferation of epithelium of bile duct formation pseudo bile duct and extensive hyperplasia of epithelium of bile duct and gall bladder was seen.
