Türkiye Gürcistan arasında siyasal ilişkiler 1918-1921

Abstract

Gürcistan Rus İhtilalinin birinci dönemi boyunca Rusya?nın diğer halklarıyla aynı kaderi paylaştı ve tüm gücünü Rus ihtilalci cephesinin korunması için harcadı. İhtilalin ilk aylarında bütün Rusya?yı etkileyecek fikirlere sadık kaldı. Sosyal Demokratlar Gürcistan?da ihtilalci hareketin idaresini ellerine aldılar. Fakat bu dönem, Petrograd?da meydana gelen Bolşevik İhtilali?nden itibaren değişti. Özellikle Kafkas Cephesi?nin çökmesi Gürcistan için Bolşevik İhtilali?nin en acı sonucu oldu. Bu yeni dönemle birlikte Gürcistan?ın siyasi hayatına büyük beklentiler, büyük umutlar ve büyük korkular girdi ve her siyasi teşebbüste Gürcistan, bu duygularını aynı yoğunlukla yaşadı. Bütün dünyada olduğu gibi Türkiye?de kuzeydeki komşusunda meydana gelen bu hızlı değişimi ve olayları ilgi ve merakla yakından takip etti ve zamanı geldiğinde, sınırlarına yakın veya uzak, geçmişte iyi veya kötü, tarihi ve kültürel bağları olan veya olmayan, Sovyet Birliği içindeki milletlerin bağımsızlıklarını tanımak girişiminde ilk adımı atan ülkelerden biri oldu.

Georgia, like the other people of Russia has shared the same fate during the first term of the Russian Revolution; she has consumed all his power for the protection of the Russian Revolutionary front. She also remained faithful to the ideas that affected all Russia in the first month of the Revolution.The Social Democrats obtained to get the administration of the Georgian Revolutionary movement. However, this period has witnessed the changes after the Bolshevik Revolution has occurred in the Petersburg. Especially, the collapse of the Caucasian front has ended with the painful results for Georgia. This new period brought the expectations, hopes and fears at the same time to its political life, along with each political attempt these feelings were much more intense. Usually as it happens in the whole world, Turkey with high curiosity has closely followed up these rapid changes that took place in his North neighborhood. However, when the right time arrived, he became the one of the first countries which has taken the first steps in the recognition of the independence of Soviet Union countries, does not matter whether it was near or far frontier country, having or not the good or bad historical-cultural relations in the past.
