dc.description.abstract- 138 - 5. ÖZET Bu çalışmada Salvia nemorosa L. türünün terpenoit ve flavonoit bileşikleri kimyasal olarak incelenmiştir. Toplam 18 bileşik elde edilmiştir. Bunlardan SN1 (Nemorosin) ve SN6 (Salvine- morol) ilk kez Salvia nemorosa L.'den izole edilen yeni bileşiklerdir. Diğer 16 bileşiğe Salvia türlerinde oldukça sık rastlanmaktadır : SN2 (Pachystazon), SN3 (7-asetilhorminon), SN4 (Horminon), SN5 (Salvipison), SN7 (a-amirin). SN8 (UrsolikAsit), SN9 (OleanolikAsit), SN10 CStigmast-4-en-3-on), SN11 (Stigmast- 7-en-3-oD, SN12 (Stigmast-7-en-3-on), SN13 (24-Metilencycloartanol), SN14 B-sitosterol)t SN15 (Salvigenin), SN16 (Eupatilin), SN17 (Luteolin), SN18 (Apigenin). Bütün bileşiklerin yapı tayinlerinde UV, İR, JH NMR spektral yöntemleri ayrıca bazı bileşikler için 13C NMR, Kütle, APT ve Spin-dekupling deneyleri uygulanmıştır. Bulgular ayrıntılı olarak açıklanmıştır.
dc.description.abstract- 139 6. SUMMARY In this study, terpenoids and flavonoids of Salvia nemorosa L. were chemically investigated. Totally 18 compounds were obtained. Two of them SN1 (Nemorosin) and SN6 (Salvinemorol) were isolated for the first time from Salvia nemorosa L. and these two compounds were established as new in nature. The other 16 compounds were obtained from other Salvia species or from other plants : SN2 (Pachvsta- zon), SN3 (7-acetylhorminon). SN4 (Horminon), SN5 (Salvipison), SN7 (a- amyrin), SN8 (Ursolic acid`), SN9 COleanolic acid), SN10 (Stigmast-4-en-3 -one). SN11 (Stigmast-7-en-3-ol). SN12 (Stigmast-7-en-3-one), SN13 (24-Metilencvc- loartanol), SN14 (s-sitosterol), SN15 (Salvigenin), SN16 (Eupatilin), SN17 (Luteolin), SN18 (Apigenin). Structure determination of the compounds were achieved by spectral methods such as UV, IR/H NMR.13C NMR, Mass spectroscopies, APT and Spin- decoupling reactions were also used for some compounds.
