| dc.description.abstract | 41 ÖZET Bu çalışmada HeLa ve NIH 3T3 fibroblast hücrelerinin aktin filamentleri floresan mikroskobunda görüntülendi. Serum yokluğu ve difteri toksini varlığının, HeLa hücreleri aktin filamentlerine etksi incelendi. Serumsuz bırakılan hücrelerde 2 saat sonunda hemen tüm aktin filamentlerinin kaybolduğu gösterildi. 1 mg/ml difteri toksini varlığında ise aktin filament kayıplarının, ancak 20 saatlik inkübasyon sonunda görülmeye başladığı belirlendi. | |
| dc.description.abstract | 42 SUMMARY In this study, actin filaments of the HeLa and NIH 3T3 fibroblast cells were pictured under fluorescent microscope. Effects of exposure of the.HeLa. ; cells to diphteria toxin and in the absence of serum were investigated. It has been shown 2 hours after being exposed absence of serum, nearly all actin filaments have disappeared. With 1 ug/ml of diphteria toxin actin filament losses were observed only after a 20 hours incubation. | en_US |
