Toplam 67 stafilokok susunun % 16.42'si norfloksasine, %20.90'ı siprofloksasin ve enoksasine, % 23.88'i ofloksasin ve danofloksasine, %17.91'i pefloksasin ve lomefloksasine duyarlı bulunmuştur.69 48 enterokok susunun % 29.17'si norfloksasine, % 25'i siprofloksasin ve danofloksasine, % 31.25'i ofloksasine, % 6.25'i pefloksasine, %22.92'si enoksasine, % 4.17'si lomefloksasine duyarlı olarak saptanmıştır.
dc.description.abstract70 SUMMARY Of the 303 multiple resistant strains isolated from various specimens, 188 were determined as Gram negative rods and 115 as Gram positive cocci. 55 P. aeruginosa, 39 nonfermentative Gram negative rods other than P. aeruginosa, 94 Enterobacterioaceae members were identified among the Gram negative rods; 67 strains were identified as Staphylococcus species and 48 as Enterococcus species among the Gram positive cocci. 30,91 % of the 55 P. aeruginosa strains were found susceptible to norfloxacin, 25,45 % to ciprofloxacin, 21.82 % to ofloxacin and danofloxacin, 18,18 % to pefloxacin and lomefloxacin, 29,09 % to enoxacin. 30,77 % of the 39 nonfermentative Gram negative rods other than P. aeruginosa were determined as susceptible to norfloxacin, 35,90 % to ciprofloxacin and lomefloxacin, 58,97 % to ofloxacin and enoxacin, 25,64 % to pefloxacin, 51,28 % to danofloxacin. 41.86% of 43 Klebsiella strains were found as susceptible to norfloxacin and enoxacin, 39.53% to ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, lomefloxacin and danofloxacin, 32.55 % to pefloxacin. 27.77 % of the 18 E. coli strains were determined as susceptible to ofloxacin, enoxacin, lomefloxacin and danofloxacin, 22.22 % to norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin and pefloxacin. 76.19 % of the 21 Enterobacter spp. were found as susceptible to norfloxacin and ofloxacin, 66.66 % to ciprofloxacin, 61.90 % to enoxacin and danofloxacine, 57.10 % to lomefloxacin, 42.85 % to pefloxacine. 7.69 % of the 12 C. freundii strains were determined as susceptible to all quinolones we have used. 16,42 % of the 67 staphylococcus strains were found susceptible to norfloxacin, 20,90 % to ciprofloxacin and enoxacin, 23,88 % to ofloxacin and danofloxacin, 17,91 % to pefloxacin and lomefloxacin.71 29,17 % of the 48 enterococcous isolates have showed susceptibility to norfloxacin, 25 % to ciprofloxacin and danofloxacin, 31,25 % to ofloxacin, 6,25 % to pefloxacin, 22,92 % to enoxacin, 4,17 % to lomefloxacin.en_US
