Kaplıca kür merkezindeki bel eğitim programı uygulama sonuçları ile şehirdeki uygulama sonuçlarının karşılaştırılması

Abstract

' -4 VI. ÖZET Bu çalışmada mekanik kaynaklı kronik bel ağrılı hastalarda bel eğitim programının kaplıca küründe uygulanması ile şehirde uygulanma sonuçlan karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla kaplıcada 14, şehirde ise 8 hasta çalışmaya katılmıştır. Deney grubuna kür tedavisi sırasında bel eğitim programı uygulanırken, kontrol grubuna yaşadıkları yerde medikal tedavi ve bel eğitim programı uygulanmıştır. Hastalar başlangıçta, tedavi sonunda ve 3. ay sonra lomber bölge hareket açıklığı, VAS, Oswestry Ağrı Sorgulama Formu ve Beck Depresyon indeksi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Lomber bölge hareket açıklığında, deney grubund tedavi sonunda ve 3. ay kontrollerinde düz bacak kaldırma testinde anlamlılık bulunmuştur. Kontrol grubunda ise sadece tedavi sonunda anlamlı farklılık saptanmıştır. VAS değerlendirmesinde deney grubunda 3. ay değerlendirmesinde başlangıca kıyasla anlamlı farklılık mevcuttur. Kontrol grubunda anlamlılık mevcut değildi, tki grup kıyasında ise yine 3. ay değerlendirmesinde deney grubunda anlamlı iyileşme görülmüştür. Oswestry indeksi toplam değerinde deney grubunda hem tedavi sonunda, hem de 3. ay değerlendirmesinde başlangıca kıyasla anlamlı iyileşme bulunmuştur. Beck Depresyon indeksi toplam değerinde deney grubunda tedavi sonunda anlamlı iyileşme mevcutken hastaların yaşadıkları ortama döndükten sonraki 3. ay kontrollerinde bu iyileşme kaybolmuştur. 66

COMPARING THE RESULTS OF THE PRACTICING OF THE BACK EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME IN THE CENTRE OF THE THERMAL TREATMENT WITH THE PRACTICING IN THE CITY ABSTRACT: In this work, the results of the back educational programmes, which were used on the patients who have low back pains with the mechanic base were compared. One of the programmes was used in the thermal cure and the other one was used in the city. Therefore, 14 patients were inserted to the test group in the Gönen Thermal Cure Centre and the other 8 patients were inserted to the control group of the main department of the Medical Ecology and Hydro-Climatology in the Medical Faculty of Istanbul Balneotherapy treatment and the back educational programme was applied for 21 days to the test group, but this programme was applied to the control group where they live. The patients, in the beginning, at the end of the cure and 3 month later, were taken account in terms of pain Visual Analogue Scale, the interval lumber regional movement, in terms of functional accounting; interrogating form of the Oswestry pain and in terms of psychology; the form of the Beck Depression. In the comparing the valves of the inside group of the test group, have been found a significant treatment in the both measuring with the total Oswestry Index in the interval lumber regional movement, in comparison with the beginning, at the end of the cure and at the 3rd. month. The significant treatment has been realised at the end of the treatment of the Beck Depressional Scale. In giving value to the inside group of the control group has been realised an important expressive change at the end of the treatment in interval regional movement. There was no an important change at the other parameters. There were no significant differences at comparing two groups. At the end of the cure, the interval regional action was better. And at the 3rd. month the changing of the Visual Analogue in the scale also was better in the some group. The results of the back educational programmes can be explained by this way: The programme of the back education which has been practised in thermal environment, is more useful than the programme which has been practised in the city.
