dc.description.abstract26 6. ÖZET Çalışmamızda toplam 60 adet 20 günlük broylerler kullanıldı. 3gruba ayrılan civcivlerden 1. grubu kontrol, 2.grubu aflatoksin (oral 4ppm),3.grubu ise aflatoksin+selenyum grubu(4ppm aflatoksin +lppm selenyum) oluşturuldu. 20. gün sonunda yapılan makroskopik ve laboratuar (SGOT,SGPT,Hb) incelemelerinde kontrol grubuna göre aflatoksin grubunda karaciğer harabiyeti, SGOT, SGPT değerlerinde artış, hemoglobin düzeyinde ise düşüş(p < 0.05) gözlendi. Beyaz ette Aflatoksin Bı kalıntısı yönünden yapılan analizlarde kontrol grupunda aflatoksin kalıntısı bulunamazken aflatokin grupunda ve aflatoksin+selenyum grupunda aflatoksin kalıntısı tespit edildi. Ssonuç olarak kullanılan miktarda selenyumun aflatoksine karşı koruyucu bir etkisinin olmadığı belirlendi.
dc.description.abstract7. SUMMARY 60 broiler chicken of 20 days old were used in this study. These were devided in three groups. Of these three groups first group was taken as control, second and third one were taken as aflatoxin group (oral 4ppm) and aflatoxin+selenium group(4ppm AFBi+lPPM selenium) respectively. After 20 days macroscopic and laboratory (SGOT,SGPT and Heamoglobin) studies resulted as; Aflatoxin group suffered with putty appearence of livers and showed an increase in SGOT, SGPT and showed a decrease in heamoglobin levels(p < 0.05). By using HPLC, residue of aflotoxin in white meat of control group has been detected as negative but positive in aflotoxin+selenium group. No preventionary effect of selenium against aflatoxin was detected in these studies.en_US
