Karadağ meselesi (1851-1863)

Abstract

Balkan Yarımadasının kuzeybatısında yer alan Karadağ'ın Osmanlı ile münasebetleri 14. yüzyılda başlamış ve uzun süren mücadelelerden sonra 1498'de tamamen Osmanlı hakimiyetine alınmıştır. Bölgenin coğrafi koşulları, yaşam tarzları, kabilecilik anlayışı gibi nedenlerle Karadağ'da Osmanlı Devleti'nin tam anlamıyla hakimiyetini tesis ettiğini söylemek zordur. 19. yüzyıla kadar küçük çaplı isyan ve eşkıyalık faaliyetleri görülmektedir. Ancak 19. yüzyıl sonrası gerek milliyetçilik ve panislavist hareketlerin etkisi gerekse Osmanlı Devleti'nin içinde bulunduğu durum neticesi bölgede isyan hareketlerinin artmasına ve Karadağ‟ın bağımsızlığını kazanmasına sebep olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, Karadağ'da 1851-1863 tarihleri arasında meydana gelen isyan hareketleri ve bu hareketlere Osmanlı Devleti'nin verdiği karşılık anlatılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Osmanlı, Karadağ, Balkanlar, Karadağ İsyanı

Located in the northwest of the Balkan Peninsula Montenegro relations with the Ottoman Empire in the 14th century after a long struggle has begun and the long Ottoman rule in 1498, has been completely. The geographical conditions, lifestyles, for reasons such as tribalism in Montenegro understanding of the Ottoman Empire established its dominance literally is hard to say. Until the 19th century shows a small-scale riots and banditry activities. However, after the 19th century have the effect of moving Panslavist both nationalism and the situation in the Ottoman Empire as a result of the increase of the rebel movement in the region and has led to the independence of Montenegro. In this study, Montenegro rebel movements that occurred between 1851-1863 and the Ottoman Empire's response to these movements have been described.Key Words: Ottoman, Montenegro, Balkans, Montenegro Rebellion
