Dünya`da ve Türkiye`de otomotiv eğitimi ve çıktılarının mühendislik değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Yaşamış olduğumuz küreselleşen dünyada artan nüfus ve teknolojik gelişmelere uygun olarak hızla büyüyen otomotiv sektörü, ülkemizi dünya pazarında önemli bir konuma getirmiştir. Son yıllarda büyüyen ekonomisi ve endüstrisi ile kalkınma yarışında ivme kazanan ülkemizin otomotiv sektöründeki Arge ve teknolojik alt yapıya verdiği büyük önemle de Avrupa ve dünya pazarlarında söz sahibi olmuştur. Sektörün hızla yükselen ihracatı ve ithalatı ile trafiğe kayıtlı bulunan motorlu taşıt sayısı hızla yükselmektedir. 2015 TÜİK verilerine göre ülkemizde her 4 kişiye 1 otomobil düşmektedir. Bunların sigortacılık başta olmak üzere servis, bakım, onarım vb. gibi işlemleri gerçekleştirecek becerikli ve nitelikli teknik insan gücü ihtiyacının da sektördeki gelişmelere paralel olarak da artmaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra sektörün Arge, tasarım, üretim gibi konularında görev alabilecek yüksek öğrenimli, üstün nitelikli, beyin gücüne de oldukça ihtiyaç vardır. Bu çalışma ile Türkiye'de ve dünyada otomotiv eğitimi veren yaygın eğitim, mesleki orta öğretim ve yükseköğretim kurumlarının ders müfredat programları incelenerek, sektörün ihtiyaçlarına ne derecede cevap verebildiği, katkı sunabildiği araştırılarak mevcut profil ortaya konulmuştur. Yapılan çalışmayla bu konuda nasıl bir müfredat programı uygulanması gerektiği üzerinde durulmuş, değişik örneklerle konuya açıklık getirilerek sektöre hizmet veren mevcut eğitim-öğretim kurumlarının ders müfredat programlarının geliştirilmesine katkı sağlanması amaçlanmıştır.

Just like the global population growth and technological development in the world, automotive industry also grows rapidly. Our automotive industry has reached a milestone and achieved an important position in the world market. With the growing economy and momentum gained in the development of our country, we give great importance to technological infrastructure and R&D efforts in the automotive industry. Our country has respected position in European and world markets. With rapidly rising exports and imports in the sector, the number of motor vehicles registered is increasing rapidly. According to data from TSI, in 2015, we seem to have a car for every 4 people in the country. Therefore, there is obvious need for services such as insurance, maintenance and so on., to perform operations , there is an increasing number of skilled and qualified technical manpower is needed. Hence, the automotive industry's requires brain power for the R & D, design and manufacturing of high quality products. This study examines the course curriculum of vocational secondary education and higher education institutions of the formal automotive education and training in Turkey and in the world. It is shown how well the curriculums of the degrees contribute the needs of the industry and how industry the responds, also existing profile of the curriculums are demonstrated. The presented study also provides details on the actual need for the curriculum required in the existing conditions of the industry and the country. To contribute to development of curriculums, different examples of curriculums of existing educational institutions serving the industry have been studied in order to bringing clarity to the topic.
