dc.description.abstractVIII ABSTRACT The application of computer technology is increasing everyday. The use of computer in engineering field is surely shortening the time and minimising the errors as it is already observed in other scientific fields. By formating the welding calculations to computer programmes, the computer technology will be introduced to welding engineering. The present study introduces the application of computer in welding calculations, and the results obtained are present as fallows: 1- Minimum error in welding. 2- Mimimum time in calculations. 3- Supply of information to welding team in advance. 4- Help to cost accounting department.en_US
