Bazı poliklorlu bileşiklerin sentezleri ve reaksiyonların incelenmesi

Abstract

IV.ÖZET Bu çalışmada halojenli etilen türevlerinden çıkılarak poliklorlu alken ve dien yapısında bileşikler sentezlendi. Alken yapısındaki bileşiklerden dien yapısındaki bileşiklere dehidrohalojenlenme ve deklorizasyon reaksiyonları ile geçildi. Meydana gelen dien yapısındaki bileşiklerin nitrolanmasıyla ( hidrojenin -NO2 grubuyla yer değiştirmesi ile ) nitrodienler sentezlendi. Bunların sodyum iyodür ve tiyofenolle reaksiyonları yapıldı. Nitrodienlerin sodyum iyodürle reaksiyonunda moleküldeki klorlardan birisinin iyodla yer değiştirmesi sağlandı. Nitrodienin tiyofenolle protik çözücülerde NaOH varlığında reaksiyonunda tri(tiyo)sübstitüe butadien bileşiği ve disülfit bileşiği oluştu. Oluşan bu bileşikler karakterize edildi.

IV.SUMMARY In this study, polychloro alkene and diene compounds were synthesized from halogenated derivatives of ethylene. The diene compounds were obtained from alkene compounds by dehydrohalogenation and dechlorination reactions. The nitrodiene compounds by the nitration of the diene compounds synthesized in these reactions were obtained. These nitrodiene compounds were reacted with Nal and thiophenol. In the reaction of nitrodienes with Nal, it was seen that the chlorine atom in the molecule is replaced by the iodine atom. In the reaction of nitrodiene with thiophenol in presence of NaOH in usual solvents, tri(thio)substituted butadiene and disulphide compounds were formed. These compounds were characterized. -34-
