dc.description.abstractÖZET 2-Aminometilbenzimidazol CAmbi) ya da diğer konstitüsyon ismiyle 2-Metanamino-lH-benzimidazol, dihidroklorür formunda, Glisin ve o-Fenilendiamin* den çıkılarak elde edildi. Su, su-izopropilalkol Csu-ÎPA) Cl/l,vVv) ve su-dioksan Cl/l,v/v5 karışımlarında Arabi'nin protonizasyon basamak sabitleri p/9 ve p/9 sırasıyla, suda;7.8S, 3.8S, su-ÎPA'da; 7.65, 3.4,3, su-dioksanda; 7.4S, 3.20 bulundu. Irwing-Rossotti metodu uygulanarak CrCIII), FeCIII), CoCIII), NiCII), CuCII), ZnCII), CdCII >-klorür leri ile Ambi'nin potansiyometrik titrasyonlarından elde edilen n = /CpL) eğrileri Çizildi ve arabasamak analitik disosiyasyon sabitleri tayin edildi. Kararlılık sırasının spektrokimyasal seriye büyük ölçüde uyduğu görüldü. İzopropi lalkol içinde çeşitli pH' larda Cu(ambi)Cl, CuCambi) Cl, CuCambi K OH), CuCambi) COH) 2 2 2 2 2 bileşimlerine karşılık gelen kompleksler izole edildi ve Cl, Cu tayinleri ile tanımlandı. Ayrıca, CuCl 'ün Ambi ile olan reaksiyonunun, 70-8Q°C'de ve solvente bağlı olarak değişik sürelerde inceleyerek farklı ürünler verdiği İR ve elementel analiz ile ortaya kondu.
dc.description.abstractSUMMARY 2-Aminomethy lbenz imidazole CAmbi) or in other constitution name 2-Methaneamino- lH-benz imidazole was prepared from Glycine and o-Phenylenedi amines as dihydrochloride form. Protonization constants of Ambi were found out as following pft and p/3 sequentally: 7.8S, 3.85 (water), 7. 63, 3. 43 Cwater-Isopropilalcohol, 1/1, v/v ), 7.43, 3.20 Cwater-Dioxane, 1/1, v/v ). n. = /CpL) curves were drawn that obtained from potantiometric titrations of Ambi with CrCIII), FeCIII), CoCIII). NJ.CII3, GuCII), ZnCII), Cd< II )-chlorides by Irwing-Rosotti Method and interval step analitical dissociation constants were determined. It was realized that stability order of complexes mostly has conformity with the spectrochemical serie. At different pH values in IPA, the complexes were isolated that correspond below compositions: CuCambDCl, CuCambi) Gl, CuCambi KOH), 2 2 2 2 CuCambi) COH) and the complexes were defined by analyzing chloride and copperCII) as quantitatively. In addition, CuCl -Ambi reactions were investigated at 70-80 G and the various periods as dependent on solvents and different yields were revealed by IR and elemental analysis.en_US
