dc.description.abstractöz `Bazı monohldroksi aykosanoik asidlerin sentezi ve incelenmesi` Bu çalışmada; 2-, 4-, 6-, 8-, 10- ve 12-Hidroksi aykosanoik asid metilesterier, Blaise reaksiyonu ile sentezienen uygun keto aykosanoik asid esterlerinin, NaBH4 veya Meerwein-Ponndorf-Verley yöntemiyle indirgenmesinden elde edildiler. Bu esterler hidroliz reaksiyonu ile asidlerine çevrildiler. Ayrıca keto asidlerin semikarbazon ve anilid türevleri yapıldı. Elde edilen bu bileşiklerin fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri saptandı. ABSTRACT `The synthesis and investigation of some monohydroxy eicosanoic acids` In this study, 2-, 4-, 6-, 8-, 10- and 12-Hydroxy eicosanoic acid methyl esters were obtained by reduction of keto esters with the methods of NaBfy or Meerwein -Ponndorf-Verley. The corresponding keto esters were synthesized by Blaise reaction. These esters were hydrolized to acids. In addition, the semicarbazon and anilide derivatives of these keto acids were obtained. The physical and chemical properties of these synthesized compounds were determined.
