Tavuk yumurtalarından samonella enteriditis izolasyonu

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada İstanbul'un çeşitli bölgelerindeki bakkal ve marketlerden sağlanan 612 tavuk yumurtası örneğinde Salmonella enteritidis varlığı araştırılmıştır. İncelenen 612 tavuk yumurtasından (beyazı ve sarısı karışık); 59 laktoz pozitif, 5 laktoz negatif Gram negatif kok, 8 laktoz negatif Gram pozitif kok ve 5 laktoz negatif Gram negatif çomak bakteri suşları izole edilmiştir. Laktoz negatif Gram negatif çomak suşlarından biri, biyokimyasal ve aglütinasyon deneylerinin sonuçlarına göre S.enteritidis olarak saptanmıştır.

SUMMARY ISOLATION OF SALMONELLA ENTERITIDIS FROM HENS' EGGS In this study, 612 eggs which were provided from the grocers and markets in various regions of Istanbul, were examined for the presence of Salmonella enteritidis. From the examined 612 eggs (white and yolk mixed); 59 lactose pozitive, 5 lactose negative Gram negative cocci, 8 lactose negative Gram pozitive cocci and 5 lactose negative Gram negative roads were isolated. According to the results of biochemical and agglutination tests, one of the lactose negative Gram negative strains of roads shaped bacteria was identified as S.enteritidis. 23
