Aynı homotrigliseridlerin lipaz, ile in vitro ortamda parçalanma yüzdeleri saptandı. ABSTRACT ` The influence of lipase to homotriglycerides prepared from synthesized methyl branched-chain fatty acids in vivo and in vitro` In this study; 2-methyltripalmitin was synthesized for the first time by using 2-methylpalmitic acid prepared from the starting compounds by the malon ester synthesis method and its physical properties were determined. Also tripalmitin was synthesized for to use in the control experiments. By feeding the male rats of BALB / C inbred race with 2-methyltripalmitin and tripalmitin, the influence of lipase to these homotriglycerides in vivo was investigated. Also, the splitting off percentage of these homotriglycerides by lipase was determined in vitro.
