dc.description.abstract | V. ÖZET 3,4-Keto ve Hidroksi Aykosanoik Asidlerin Sentezleri ve İncelenmesi Bu çalışmada; 3-Keto aykosanoik asid metil esteri, asetoasetester sentez yöntemine göre stearil klorfir ile asetoaset esterin reaksiyonundan elde edildi. 4-Keto aykosanoik asid metil esteri ise Blaise reaksiyonuna göre, hekzadesil iyodür ile sûksinik asid yan metil kloıurün. reaksiyonundan sentez edildi. Keto esterler, hidroliz reaksiyonu ile keto asidlere çevrildiler. Sentezlenen ester ve asidler, kristallendirme yöntemiyle saflaştınldılar ve saflıkları ince tabaka kromatografisi ile kontrol edildi. 3,4-Hidroksi aykosanoik asid metil esterleri; sentezle elde ettiğimiz uygun keto esterlerin, NaBH4 veya Meerwein-Ponndorf-Verley yöntemiyle indirgenmesinden elde edildiler. Hidroksi esterler de keto esterler gibi hidroliz reaksiyonu ile asidlerine çevrilip, kristallendirme yöntemiyle saflaşünkhlar. Saflıkları ince tabaka kromatografisi ile kontrol edildi. Ayrıca keto asidlerin semikarbazon ve anilid türevleri sentez edildi. Sentez edilen ester, asid ve türevlerinin erime noktalan saptandı ve İR spektroskopi yöntemi yardımıyla yapılan aydınlatıldı. -40- | |

SUMMARY ` The synthesis', and investigation of 3,4-Keto and hydroxy eicosanoic acids. ` In this study, 3-Keto eicosanoic acid methyl ester was synthesized by reaction of acetoacetic ester with stearyl cholorid, according to the acetoacetic ester method. 4-Keto eicosanoic acid methyl ester was synthesized, according to Blaise condensation reaction, by reaction of hexadecyl iodide with succinic acid monoester choloride. Keto esters were hydrolized to keto acids. Synthesized keto acids and esters were purified by the crystallization method. Their purification degree was controlled by thin layer chromatography. 3,4-Hydroxy eicosanoic acid methyl esters were obtained by the reduction of keto esters. The corresponding keto esters were reduced by NaBH4 or Meerwein-Ponndorf-Verley methods. Hydroxy esters also were hydrolized to keto acids like keto esters. These esters and acids were purified by crystallization method. Their purification degree was controlled by thin layer chromatography. Furthermore, the semicarbazon and anilide derivatives of these keto acids were synthesized. Melting points of the synthesized compounds were determined and their structures were identified by using IR spectroscopy. -41- | en_US |
