dc.description.abstract | V. ÖZET MİTOKSANTRON' UN CAM TOZLARI ÜZERİNDE ADSORPSİYONU Bu çalışmada, asitle muamele edilmiş ve edilmemiş cam tozlan üzerinde Mitoksantron' un adsorpsiyonu incelenmiştir. Asitle muamele edilmiş cam tozunun mikroporöz, normal cam tozunun ise nonporöz olduğu görülmüştür. Asitle muamele edilmiş cam tozunda dengede adsorplanan miktarlar, normale göre çok daha küçük bulunmuştur. Adsorplanan madde miktarı, tanecik büyüklüğüyle ters orantılıdır. Asitle muamele edilmiş cam tozu B.E.T. izotermine uyarken, normal cam tozu Freundlich izotermine uygunluk göstermiştir. Asitle muamele edilmiş cam tozu, sıcaklık arttıkça daha az madde adsorplamış ve izosterik reaksiyon ısısı pozitif bulunmuştur (AH > 0 ). Normal cam tozunda tamamen tersi durum gözlenmiş, izosterik reaksiyon ısısı negatif bulunmuştur (AH < 0 ). Adsorpsiyon ısılarının ve dengedeki pH ve iletkenlik değerlerinin karşılaştırılmasından adsorpsiyonun mekanizması aydınlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. 72 | |
dc.description.abstract | SUMMARY ADSORPTION OF MTTOXANTRONE ON GLASS POWDER In this study, the adsorption of Mitoxantrone on the acid-treated and non-treated (normal) glass powders were investigated. It was observed that the acid-treated glass pow der is microporous while the non-treated glass powder is nonporous. The quantities ad sorbed in equilibrium on the acid-treated glass powder were found to be much smaller in respect to the normal. The amount of adsorbed material is inversely proportional to the par ticle size. The adsorption data were fitted to B.E.T. and Freundlich isotherms. On the acid- treated glass powder, as the temperature increased, was decreased amount of adsorbed and the isosteric reaction heat was found to be positive, (AH > 0). The experiments were re peated at the different temperatures and the amount of the adsorbed material as a function of 1/T are plotted.In the normal glass powder a completely contradictory condition were ob served, and the isoteric reaction heat is found to be negative, (AH < 0). By comparison of the adsorption heats and pH and conductivity values in equilibrium, the adsorption mecha nism was tried to be explained. 73 | en_US |
