dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada; 3-Keto aykosanoik asid metil esteri, asetoasetester yöntemine, 4-Keto aykosanoik asid metil esteri ise Blaise kondensasyon reaksiyonuna göre sentez edilmişlerdir. Hidroksi aykosanoik esterleri ise keto esterlerin NaBH4 ve Meerwein-Ponndorf-Verley yöntemleri ile indirgenmesi sonucu elde edilmişlerdir. Sentezlenen esterler hidroliz reaksiyonu ile asitlerine çevrildiler. Ayrıca keto asidlerin semikarbazon ve anilid türevleri yapıldı.Elde edilen bu bileşikler incelendi, fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri saptandı. | |
dc.description.abstract | In this study, 3-keto eicosanoic acid methyl ester and 4-keto eicosanoic acid methyl ester were synthesized by the acetoacetic ester and Blaise condensation reaction respectively. Hydroxy eicosanoic esters were obtained by reducing with NaBH4 and Meerwein-Ponndorf-Verley methods of keto esters. The synthesized esters were hydrolized to acids. In addition, the semicarbazone and anilide derivatives of these keto acids were obtained.Their physical and chemical properties were investigated. | en_US |
