dc.description.abstractIII ÖZ Sabuo salar (X 1758)' LARDA BA?IRSAK FLORASINDAN Aenmumas CİNSİ BAKTERİLERİN İZOLASYONU. Bu çalışmanın amacı, tatlısu ve Karadeniz ortamında sağlıklı salmon balıklarının (Salma salar L. 1758) bağırsak florasındaki hareketli Aenmumas cinsine ait suşlan izole ederek tanımlamaktır. Çalışma sonunda sekiz hareketli Aeromonas susu izole edilmiştir. Tatlısu örneklerinden altı, deniz örneklerinden iki Aerormmas susu izole edilmiştir.Bunlardan altısı A. caviae, ikisi A. sohria olarak ABSTRACT ISOLATION OF Aeromonas STRAINS FROÎUÎ THE INTESTINAL MICROFLORA OF ATLANTIC SALMON {Salma salar X 1758). The aim of this study was to isolate and identify motile Aeromonas strains from the intestinal microflora of healthy Atlantic salmon ( Salmo salar X 1758 ) from freshwater and from Blacksea. As a result of the study eight motile Aenmumas strains were isolated. Six motile Aenmumas strains from freshwater and two motile Aeromonas strains from the Blacksea were isolated. And six of them were identified as Aeromonas comae, two of them as Aeromonas sobria.
