Lamine ağaç malzemeden pencere profili üretimi ve bazı kalite özelliklerinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

öz `Lamine Ağaç Malzemeden Pencere Profili Üretimi Ve Bazi Kalite Özelliklerinin Belirlenmesi` Bu çalışmada; Ülkemiz orman varlığı içinde önemli bir yer tutan ve doğrama endüstrisinde yaygın olarak kullanılan Sarıçam ile odun yapısı gereği doğrama üretiminde daha az kullanım bulan Kızılcam odunundan, rutubete dayanıklı Üre Formaldehit ve PVAc tutkallan kullanılarak, lamine pencere profilleri üretilmiştir. Lamine malzeme üretiminde, üretimin ve kalite kontrolünün, hazırlanacak olan ve bir örneği Tablo 4'de verilmiş bir kontrol planı çerçevesinde yürütülmesinin gereği ve önemi belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra, bu örnek profillerin pencereler için önemli olabilecek fiziksel ve mekanik özellikleri incelenmiş ve bu özellikler üzerine laminasyondaki; tutkal farklılığı, lamel kalınlıkları ve yıllık halka düzenlemelerinin etkisi ortaya konulmuştur. Son olarak, elde edilen bulgular ve sonuçlar çerçevesinde, doğrama endüstrisine yönelik olmak üzere önerilerde bulunulmuştur. ABSTRACT `The Production of Laminated Window Profiles and The Determination Some of Its Quality Properties` In this study, laminated window profiles were produced by using Pinus sylvestris which has an important place in the forest resource of Turkey and used extensively in window - framing industry in Turkey; and Pinus brutia T. which is not used extensively due to its wood structure ; and Urea Formaldehyde and PVAc glues which are resistant to moisture. Furthermore, it was indicated that the production and quality control in the laminated wood manufacturing should be carried out by taking account of a control scheme (Table 4 in the text). Afterwards, the physical - mechanical properties of the laminated window profiles were investigated and the effects of qlue type, layer thickness and annual ring structure on the lamination were explained. At last, some proposals related to window - framing industry were given by taking account of the result, obtained.
