dc.description.abstractV ÖZET DEĞİŞİK PİRİDİN ALDEHİDLER İLE ÇEŞİTLİ ANİLİNLERDEN TÜREYEN SCHİFF BAZLARININ SENTEZİ VE BAZI GEÇİŞ METAL KOMPLEKSLERİNİN HAZIRLANMASI Biyolojik aktif gruptan Schiff Bazları olan ve bazı piridin aldehidlerden türeyen 6 adet ligand izole edildi. Bunlardan 6-metil piridin-2-karboksi aldehit ile o-aminofenol ve 2-amino tiyofenolden türeyenler ilk defa sentez edildi. Bu Schiff Bazlarının CuCİ2, NİCİ2, ZnCİ2 ile oluşturdukları 1:1 ve 1:2 metal/ligand oranına sahip çelatlar elde edilerek reaksiyon şartlan incelendi, UV-görünür spektroskopi, İR, elementel analiz kullanılarak bileşimleri ve bazı fiziksel özellikleri belirlendi. Schiff bazlarının azometin azotu fenoltiyofenol grupları üzerinden çelat verdiği belirlendi. Bu çelatlann analitik stabilite sabitleri alkol/su (1:1) karışımla tayin edildi. Ligandlann ve bazı metal komplekslerinin elektrokimyasal özellikleri siklovoltametrik yöntemle araştırılarak oksidasyon ve redüksiyon potansiyelleri belirlendi. Ligandlardan 2-(2-piridinilmetilenamino)fenol (2PA)'nın salisilaldehit tiyosemikarbazon, fumarik asit, sitrik asit 2,2'-bipiridin ile karışık ligandlı kompleksler verdiği belirlendi. Cu(II) ve Ni(II) kompleksleri L1-M-L2 sisteminde Cu(II) ve Ni(II) alınarak söz konusu karışık ligandlı kompleksler olarak incelendi. 2PA-Ni(II)-STSC, 2PA-Cu(II), STSC'nin katı kompleksleri izole edildi. Analitik stabilite sabitleri belirlendi. 2PA'nın Cd (II) iyonu için analitik reaktif özelliği taşıdığı belirlendi ve kantitatif tayinde kullanıldı.
dc.description.abstractVI SUMMARY SYNTHESIS SCHIFF BASES DERIVED FROM SOME ANILINES AND DIFFERENT PYRIDINE ALDEHYDES AND PREPARING THEIR SOME TRANSITION METAL COMPLEXES The six ligands from biologically active Schiff bases and derived from pyridine aldehydes were isolated. The ligands that are derived from 6-methylpyridine-2-carboxy aldehydes with o-aminophenoles and 2-aminotiophenoles were synthesized first in this study. The chelates with 1:1 and 1:2 metal/ligand ratio were obtained by reactions these Schiff bases with C11G2, NİCI2, ZnCU and reaction conditions were investigated. Compositions and some physical characteristics of the chelates were found by UV- Visible spectroscopy, Infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis. It was determined that the Schift bases gave chelates through anomethyne nitrogen and pheno/tiophenol groups with metal ions. The analytical stability constants of these chelates were obtained in ethanol- water. The ligands and of the some metal complexes investigated by cyclovoltametric methods and oxidation and reduction potentials of them were determined. It was found that 2-(2-pyridilmethylene) aminophenol (2PA) formed mixed complexes with salicyl aldehydetio-semicarbazones (STSC), fumaric acids, sitric acids, 2, 21-bipyridines. By using Cu(II) and Ni (II), L1-M-L2 mixed complexes were obtained and investigated. 2PA-Ni(II)-STSC, 2PA-Cu(II)-STSC Solid mixed complexes were isolated. Analytical stability constants of the complexes were determined. It was found that 2PA has analytical reactivity property for Cd (II) ions and this ligand was used in quantitative anamlysis of Cd(II) ions.en_US
