Türkiye`nin bazı gladiolus (Iridaceae) türleri üzerinde biyosistematik araştırmalar

Abstract

Türkiye florasında yer alan üçü endemik* altı Gladiolus L. türünün ( G. italicus Miller, G. kotschyamıs Boiss., G. illyricus W. Koch. G anatolicus* (Boiss.) Stapf, G. micranthus* Stapf, G. halophilus* Boiss.& Heldr.), taksonomik, morfolojik, anatomik ve palinolojik özellikleri, çoğu ilk kez olmak üzere bu araştırma kapsamında ortaya konmuştur. Çalışmanın taksonomi bölümünde Gladiolus türlerinin Türkiyede bilinen yayılış alanları ile bu alanların dışmda yeni yayılış alanları da bulunarak örnekler toplanmış ve Gladiolus cinsi ile ilgili Türkiye florasında verilen taksonomik bilgilere ek olarak yeni bulgular ilave edilmiştir. Morfoloji bölümünde endemik türlerin dış morfolojik özellikleri ile dış görünüş (habitus) leri fotoğraf ve çizimlerin eşliğinde ilk kez bu araştırmada verilmiştir. Anatomi bölümünde topraküstü gövdesi ile yapraklardan enine ve yüzeysel kesitler alınmıştır. Gövde kesitlerinde, gövdenin iç yapısal özellikleri (epidermis, iletim demetleri, parenkima hücreleri) incelenmiştir. Yaprak enine kesitlerinde mezofîli oluşturan hücreler ile iletim demetlerinin yerleşimi, özellikle yalancı ve gerçek orta damarların yapısı ve sayısı, yüzeysel kesitlerde ise epidermis ile stomaların yapısı ve sayısı karşılaştırmalı olarak araştırılmıştır. Palinoloji bölümünde türlerin polen tipi, polen şekli, ekzin ve intin tabakalarının yapısı ile apertürler, polen yüzeylerinin yapısı ve polen tanelerinin ekvatoral ve polar eksen boyutlarının ölçümleri de ilk kez bu araştırmada ortaya konulmuştur. Taxonomical, morphological, anatomical and palynological features of three species being endemic* total six Gladiolus L. species ( G italicus Miller, G. kotschyanus Boiss., G. illyricus* W. Koch., G. anatolicus* (Boiss.) Stapf, G. micranthus* Stapf, G. halophilus Boiss.& Heldr. ) from flora of Turkey were investigated mostly the first time in this research. In the chapter of Taxonomy, the samples were recovered from places of known and unknown habitats of Gladiolus species in Turkey and new findings were added to the taxonomical knowledges of Gladiolus species given in the Flora of Turkey. In the chapter of Morphology, both external morphological characteristics and the habitus of the endemic species were first shown in this study with pictures and drawings. In the chapter of Anatomy, transverse sections and surface views from both stem and leaves of plants were shown. Internal structures like epidermis, vascular bundles and parenchyma cells of the stem were investigated. Localization of vascular bundles and cells that make up mesophyll, especially both the structures and numbers of pseudo- midribs and midribs were studied in transverse sections of the leaf lamina. In addition both the structures and the numbers of epidermal cells and stomata were observed in surface views respectively. In the chapter of Palynology, the pollen type, their shapes, structure of exine and intine and also the measurements in equatorial and polar axises of apertures, sculpturing of the pollen surfaces were given for the first time here.
